We were in Meadville for the total eclipse. The population of this little tiny town swelled during this time. We went to the Pampered Palate 3 times during our short stay. We first went there after I googled ’best coffee in Meadville’. It was very good coffee. We went back later for lunch and had terrific sandwiches. And, again the next morning for coffee and a donut. All the food was very good. But, mostly, I would like to say how pleasant everyone was. I doubt they ever get as crowded as they were on the day of the eclipse, but everyone continued to be friendly and I’m sure they were exhausted. Thank you, Pampered Palate for everything.

When it's good, it's good but not consistent. I've ordered coffee and sometimes it's really good and other times it's terrible. I get oatmeal, alot and sometimes it's amazing bit last few times they forgot the spices that are in it and it tastes terrible.

2 orders in a row that I asked for a certain salad dressing and was told absolutely. First order I took out and got home with the wrong dressing.2nd order I picked up and asked to confirm they had the right dressing that comes with the salad on the menu and that I asked for by name. I check and it’s the wrong dressing. I asked for a correction and was told they are out.Service is lousy. You stand at the counter for several minutes while a girl who won’t speak stares blankly at you until you ask if you can place an order. If you don’t know the menu and specify, you’ll get what they give you.I’m done here. Thought we had a really nice spot and it’s so poorly run I’ll never go back.

Locally owned, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner a few times. We discussed the difficult times we all faced during COVID. Nice guy. They have a lot more delicious food items to choose from over the coffee franchises. Yes, they have a drive-thru, but I like going in. If you are coming off the freeway, this place is worth the small drive into town, more relaxed and social atmosphere. The service is excellent.

I won't go here anymore because the staff is AWFUL. It's a bunch of teenage kids who act beyond annoyed that I'm there ordering food and interrupting their social hour. They cut me off while I'm ordering because it's clear they want the interaction to be over, and 7/10 times my order is wrong because they just don't care. I have no problem with teens texting or messing around at work generally- I'm only in my 20's myself and don't really care about "customer service" as long as the worker is friendly. It's a big issue when the people running the counter flat out ignore you, and then are rude when they have to take your order.

We stopped in for lunch and had sandwiches. The food was very good, the dining area was clean and tidy, and the service friendly. The only con would be that we all agreed that a few potato chips with our sandwich would have been nice.

This place always has great food. Have been going to them for years. The drive thru makes it easy and fast to pickup preordered staff meeting lunches.

We found this in our strawberry banana, smoothie, absolutely unacceptable. Almost swallowed it. When I called, we got such a ditzy response from one of the employees, offering to remake it... only after I sounded less than satisfied with her, “wow that’s crazy response”. It’s just not worth it, definitely would not recommend. This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s like a mangled up stapler that feels rusty. How the hell does something like this end up in your smoothie? They didn’t even have any kind of concern, never even asked if anyone was okay. The least bit you could’ve done was offered some kind of concern. Definitely would not recommend.

This was my first time visiting and I am extremely disappointed. I only get a short lunch break so I ordered ahead online and when I came in, I was told they were all out of loaded potato soup which was fine, I completely understood as it was lunch time. However, when I brought my Californian salad back to work, I realized they not only shorted me on the balsamic dressing but they also didn’t include half of the ingredients that are supposed to go in the salad. From the atmosphere and reviews, I was really hoping to have had a better experience. Unfortunately I was just left hungry and dissatisfied.

Food was delicious. We had the mac & cheese, Thanksgiving turkey sandwich, pesto chicken sandwich, and California salad along with a chocolate chip scone and oreo brownie. The scone was really perfect texture and moisture. It was not too busy when we went on a Monday at lunchtime in mid-November, so the ambiance was an enjoyable level. The women's restroom was a little gross, however. While it appeared to be somewhat wiped down, it had an overall dirty feel and grunge had been allowed to build up around the toilet.Vegetarian options: Most of the salads appeared to be vegetarianParking: About right for the amount of space inside

food is overpriced considering the quality and easiness of making and service is really bad. We were totally ignored but I still tipped them because we are different.
