I placed an order for delivery and the delivery driver decided to call me and say she can't walk up the stairs there's nothing wrong with the stairs it's not slippery or anything. I'm glad to know she can't walk up the stairs but I can walk down and slinging one arm toddler in the other and try to carry the pizza back up... You will never get my business again.

We ordered a med. Pan Supreme. We had to ask the waitress to run our pizza thru the oven a 2nd time because the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. So she did and brought it back to us. It was still undercooked. We told her again, but we couldn't wait for it to go thru a 3rd time. No discount was offered, no coupon for our next visit or our next order... nothing was offered. Our waitress was nice, but she only came to our table to take our order and bring it to us. Never came to see if we needed refills or anything. We had to call her over both times about the pizza being undercooked. It was 1130am, and there were only 2 other tables occupied at the time, so it's not like she was too busy to check on us.
Order a meat lovers pizza.When arrived home it was not.I had one piece of peperoni on each of the 4 slices 2 tiny pieces of meat onio green peppers and Dreaded Mushrooms Absolutely the worst pizza I ever had.Not cheap 750 fish if I remember.Never again.It was MEATLESS

This was a phone delivery due to Pizza Hut kicking me off line several times. I called twice and both times told they do not deliver to our address. 2 years we have had deliveries from Pizza Hut. Finally spoke with the Manager and she said yes, they do deliver to our address. She put my order in and we got our pizza within 20 minutes.

Delivery is an absolute gamble if you live in apartment buildings. The Delivery people don't pay attention to numbers and letters often times just leaving food at wrong addresses. When you try to fix the situation, the employees will try to gaslight you into thinking you received your order when you didn't. It's like an abusive relationship with a slice of pizza that ghosts you because you never got to have it int the first place.
We hadn't had personal pan pizzas in years. Both were very good!

Although the food and customer service were amazing, the experience was pricey. For just my husband and myself, our total came to $45.45! I ordered a personal pizza, basket of fries, and a soda (not refilled). My husband had a dozen wings, basket of fries, and a soda (also not refilled). There is no salad bar or buffet. Their are vegetarian options. It's ok if you are looking to treat yourself, but you have been warned.

I always like Pizza Hut. But it's over priced so I don't go very often. But you made to dumbest mistake by taking the lunch buffet out. Bring back the lunch buffet!!!!!!!!
