It was nice to find a Red Lobster pretty close to Erie. I had some gift cards I needed to use. I ordered the lobster roll and the spicy calamari both were so good everything tasted fresh, hot when served and good flavor. Our server was nice and attentive. The restaurant itself was very clean and staff were friendly and greeted us with smiles.

Food was hot and fresh! Server Shantell was amazing! The Host Angie has a great personality and calming spirit! Oh the Manager Erwin actually came to each table in the dining area , to greet customers. It was absolutely a STUNNING ATMOSPHERE!

Worst dinner I ever had , Ordered the bar harbor thing. The lobster,shrimp,and mussels were like eating rubber. No flavor like they boiled it in water when it said it was supposed to be baked. Then the linguini was suppose to be a white wine sauce but it was like linguini soup !plate was full of water with some wine poured over it. Absolutely disgusting. For 35.00 a dinner I expected better. Will never go back.

We were there on March 22nd, and it was the day before my daughters birthday. The staff not only were they excellent and attentive but they went above and beyond. alot of places don't sing anymore. but our server pulled it off and got other staff to join and brought out a candle on ice cream, they sing to our 9 year old, and it made her feel beyond special and so happy she couldn't stop talking about it afterwards, I wish I caught his name, he was seriously a excellent server, he was very patient with our kids. the lobby staff also was excellent, we had a little bit of a wait and the staff talked to our kids about the lobsters in the tank and showed them, and explained the different sizes. the Girls were beyond tickled.
Very good service! wish I could give 10 stars. the food was also excellent. exactly what you would expect when going to red lobster. came out hot and cooked perfectly. my husband actually used to be a cook for red lobster so he tends to be critical and he was pleased and didn't have a single negative thing to say.
seriously can't say enough about our experience on that night and how greatful we are they added to our daughters birthday to make it so special when they didn't have to. Very amazing staff, you just don't see that much in restaurants anymore. So very greatful.
