We haven’t been to Red Lobster in a cool minute and when I saw the advertisement for their new seafood boil bags, I wanted to try it.
Our waiter this evening was Jimmy and he was PHENOMENAL! Regardless of what folks may say, not all younger people are lazy and don’t want to work! Jimmy was personable, kind, well mannered, AND knowledgeable about the new products. He was honest in letting me know that the seafood boil bags were HEAVY, HEAVY on butter. I’m not a huge fan of butter and they were able to accommodate by making my seafood boil bags plain and bringing my Cajun butter on the side. The boil bag itself was good and cooked perfectly. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Cajun butter sauce (might try the garlic next time), but over all, all of our meals were great!
The new revamp to Red Lobster is great so far and I hope they continue to make improvements! The next time we visit, we will be sure to request Jimmy if possible!
