I like going to Starbucks over most coffee shops because it’s always consistent. Not with this one! It’s like the employees don’t know how to make drinks. I like the brown sugar shaken espresso drinks and every single time I order one here, the cup is so full of ice and the amount of liquid is so tiny that I only get three sips from a grande sized drink. This isn’t the case at any other Starbucks location I go to. The other day, I figured I’d try something different and hope that it’s not all ice. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew.. there was ZERO ice in it. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but it seems like some additional training is needed. I won’t be returning anymore. Tired of spending money and not getting Starbucks quality.

My experience this morning was delightful. I was greeted when I walked in and acknowledged when I left. The staff was friendly and looked presentable. I enjoyed my hot blonde roast latte in a ceramic mug, (first time ever seeing latte art at SB and having a real mug) my son also liked his hot choc. The space had a very nice open layout with comfortable seating. I like how Starbucks is trending, minimizing their menu and improving their space and experience.
