I stopped frequenting Tim Hortons as much because the iced coffees were becoming increasingly inconsistent no matter how I ordered. Sometimes undrinkable because it was almost no coffee and just like iced cream water. Then one day I stopped out of necessity for being short on time and I met Luci who was working. It was one of the best iced coffees I had from Tim Horton's (ever). So made it a point to stop a few more times a month or sometimes a few times a week (it depends on my family's schedule). And every time Luci works my coffees are always consistently amazing. Thanks Luci!!

I love Tim Hortons coffee! 🤎 Sadly, there are no locations close to where I live. So, I was so excited when I learned there are several locations in North Eastern PA!! Now I know where to get my Tim Hortons fix when I'm traveling towards Erie or Niagara Falls. ☺️ This location was pretty nice. I visited later in the day so they were out of most breakfast pastries and donuts. That's fine with me though, cause I'd rather have them fresh. Staff was nice enough. I'd visit here again. 👍

Went drive through for a panini that I love from penfield NewYork location! Thought it would be same! Food turned out to be not cooked right? Cheese wasn’t melted bread wasn’t toasted! Manger was very rude and disrespectful she cursed my out( she was old and missing teeth) , no manners at all. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!

VExtremely impolite manager. I used the drive-thru to place my order and received food that was cold like a dog's nose. The employees working there were unhygienic, unkempt, and missing teeth. I will never return to that establishment. I recommend choosing Taco Bell for a better dining experience.

Coffee was delicious, but service was terrible. Stood for several minutes at register and were ignored. Food wasn’t cooked all the way. Sausage egg wrap was the smallest wrap ever maybe the size of a uno card. Staff was very rude.

Very small space with too closely placed seats and people talk very loud beside you. The service is extremely poor. They put the coffees on the counter but there is no space to wait and pick up because if you stand there you block the way and another table. But if you go back to your seat they left your coffee on the counter forever! There is no way to communicate with the customers and they don't care. Very long waiting time.The staff look arrogant and rude. This tim Horton is definitely not as good as the one Park Ave., or it is the worst coffee house I have ever been to in the world.
Used the mobile app a week ago got charged ordered a cup only to find out they don’t sell cups been awaiting a week for a refund have called twice and spoke to a manager not to mention the food was made wrong also

Stopped by specifically to try the loaded breakfast boxes and went inside because the drive-thru line was long. Cashier went to get our order and the manager stopped him and had him take our food to the drive-thru for another order. Waited several more aggravating minutes only to be told one box was made without hashbrowns. We had already paid and there was no offer of a refund or anything. Took our food and left. Won't be back.

Got wrong donuts twice, girl said it was the speaker they couldn't hear. Ordered a wrap they said they didn't have hasbrowns but then mine came with one. I went in to get the right donuts. Ordered a farmers wrap once again said they didn't have hashbrowns but then heard the one girl say they had them but it will take 15 mins to cook and people aren't going to wait! Like why not make a bunch so they are on hand, we always get cold hard ones when they do come in our wraps. We will be going downtown for a while. Not sure why this was such a fiasco this morning and they had 5 employees there.
