I placed a mobile order for almost $50 worth of food and went inside to pick it up and had a confrontation with the female manager on duty. She said they didn’t have any donuts that I wanted due to a freezer issue and The truck was being unloaded and that she didn’t care that I didn’t get my donuts that her truck was more important then her digging around in the freezer to make me new donuts, which I was willing to wait for. I find that extremely rude and unprofessional. I guess I will be shopping at the other Tim Hortons in my town. I will not shop at this one again. Due to her unprofessionalism.

I go to tim Hortons everyday in downtown Meadville. The staff down town on park Ave is great. Can't say enough good things about them. But this time Hortons on conneaut lake road is horrible. Arguing with customers, can never get orders right, and even ignoring customers in the lobby. Maybe one by one the staff should be sent downtown for training. It is by far the worst tim Hortons I've ever been to.

I hate to write this because I love Tims but this is the worst location I have ever been to. The staff is always miserable and completely takes it out on the customer. They never have any donuts in stock. The food quality is terrible. If they do have donuts they are completely stale and taste terrible and the sandwiches are repulsive. Management is no better than the lower employees as far as attitude so I have zero confidence this place will ever get better. Dont bother asking me to call or write in with my issues we all know this location is never going to get better because it doesnt want to get better.

No decaf?
We ordered pick up and if we hadn't opened it in the car we would've gotten home and discovered no donuts!!!!
We ordered 2 coconut cream and 1 Boston creme. They were out of the coconut, which was a featured item btw!, and so this place decided to give us no donuts at all and NOT SAY A WORD!
Sealed the bag and just handed to my bf.
He went back in and got three Boston cream which we would have happily taken instead but we weren't even asked.
The breakfast sandwiches were delicious.
The donuts were ok but could've been filled better. The hot chocolate was good as well.
The low rating is for the customer service.
We weren't driving door dash but dashers are supposed to communicate with customers when an item is unavailable in case they want a replacement. They can't do that if you seal the bag and don't say anything. And people often blame the Dasher.
If we hadn't been getting breakfast before work we would've gotten all the way home before discovering we didn't get the donuts.
Seriously Tim Hortons? Do better!

I can’t, in good conscience, give this Tim Hortons location more than 2 star. It’s astonishing how consistently they mess up a simple coffee order. I asked for a basic “1 and 1” (one cream, one sugar), and somehow ended up with what can only be described as a cup of warm, coffee-flavored milk. What’s happening here? I’m genuinely scared to find out what a “2 and 2” entails—or worse, a “3 and 3.” Are they just handing out pints of milk at this point?
To be fair, the staff are relatively nice, but they clearly need some help. Maybe a color chart on the wall to show what coffee is supposed to look like at each level of cream and sugar? Something’s gotta give, because this level of confusion over coffee is unacceptable.
And the fact that this happens at another coffee chain makes me wonder if it’s a geographical obsession with milk. Do people in this area just prefer their coffee drowned in dairy?
If you’re after a coffee that’s actually made to order, you might want to look elsewhere. At least you’ll know what you’re getting.

Didn't have steeped tea and many other items that we asked for that Tim Hortons always has in general.

Every table in the place was filthy, asked for my bacon to be well done, didn’t even attempt it. My sandwich was not even edible, the bread was so hard I couldn’t bite into it. This Tim Hortons is horrible. I don’t normally stop here, this is my reminder as of why. Also the employee had sweatpants on! 🤦♂️. No napkins anywhere

Pains my heart to write this as I am a Timmy’s girl, but the afternoon staff at this location leaves a lot to be desired. Today we visited this location at 4pm. No donuts. No bread to make sandwiches, no coffee ready. It seems that this is a regular occurrence, this time of day. This location just seems to have go a down hill in the past year.
I will say I never have an issue in the morning. Service is prompt. Afternoons, not so much. Why bother even staying open past noon?
