Tried to dine in and stood at the counter for over 2 minutes while 4 employees we walking around possibly getting orders together . No one was in front of us . No one made eye contact or even acknowledge we were standing there . We ended up walking out . If they had even made eye contact and said we ‘ll be with you shortly it would have made a big difference.

Tim Horton's does not have any good nutritious offerings. It's all syrupy frosting garbage. The breakfast menu is probably the worst "food" I've ever eaten. I understand you want to sell the cheapest garbage at the highest margin, but you are going to sicken people. I swear to god I have food poisoning. A customer would be better off buying your food, and immediately flushing it down the toilet, just skip ingesting it all together.

We just stopped here on our way to see the eclipse. They were out of doughnuts and we were sad. But we ordered some drinks and were planning to just hang. Then the worker came out and offered to fire up the machine to make us some. THEY WERE SO INCREDIBLY KIND. Cannot recommend enough

The 2 employees there work hard on New Years Day 2024, which is really amazing..They both were very, very nice even with the craziness of doing cashier and drive through.Honesty between all of the Tim Hortons from Niagara Falls to Buffalo to Erie to Meadville. This oneWas the best one I've been to.Great job!!!

I enjoyed going to this location daily until yesterday when I ordered a meal with orange juice and then ordered just an orange juice for my client I take care of who has seizures and staff decided to make the comment they couldn’t just say 2 orange juice when their head set was still on and I heard them at the drive thru speaker I love the food but be mindful of what is said that’s not great customer service and I won’t be returning

First time at Tim Hortons. Ordered Original Blend coffee, egg & cheese croissant, Timbits assortment & chocolate dip donut. New ish cashier had to ask where certain buttons on POS was. Most employees seemed to be working and were friendly enough. I could here one complaining about something when we were in the dining area. Coffee was steaming hot, but nothing spectacular. Croissant was tasty and not greasy like most quick serve are. Timbits were a little cool and the little box was sticky. Did not get donut, but was not charged for it, so apparently I did not need it. Dining area tables needed cleaning and floor needed sweeping.

We were heading back home to New England and made this our late morning donut stop since it is located next to the Hampton Inn (we had our coffee at the Hampton Inn prior to leaving) that we were staying at.Ordered from drive-thru, so can't say anything about the inside.The entrance and exit were convenient, slow down a bit, so you don't pass it (as I did).The service was great!The prices were your average donut prices.The parking lot was a nice size and isn't connected to a plaza or anything of that sort.I say give it a try.Parking: Easy access for entering and exiting.
