My friend and I went into the dinning area and they where finishing a lady inside but there was nobody else. We stood there waiting to be waited on 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. And then it was a huge inconvenience for anyone to wait on us. Even though there was at least 4 employees. I didn't get anything cuz I wasn't happy with the service we where already getting. They weren't even busy. I won't be back to this location ever again. If I could leave negative stars I would.

The lid on their coffee cups is different in the US. You hafta tear it up and back and will typically spill some hot coffee on you or in your car. In Canada they have different lids, much easier and safer.

While on vacation my husband and I pulled into the parking lot 20 minutes before they were to close. We got out of the car and proceeded to walk to the door when I noticed an employee ,in uniform, and her friend, not in uniform, run to the door and lock it and then laugh at us and shut off the lights. If they were sold out they could have nicely told us that at the door but instead they decided to be blatantly rude.
