I ordered five meals two of them being biggie bags and they were all thrown together, so I don’t have any idea who gets what food. Drive-through window person was extremely rude. And I almost popped the tire in your parking lot. It is so bad and filled with potholes that I almost ran into the building when I hit a pothole, going through the drive-through!

I’ve ate 80% of the burger because I’m hungry as hell before work but I shouldn’t be paying 14$ for a baconator meal and getting a single patty and two slices of bacon. Basically a cheeseburger from McDonald’s for 14$ at least the fries are hot ig.

Not sure what happened to this location. I normally do not leave reviews and I normally don't complain over the occasional crappy fast food order, because at the end of the day, its fast food. Sometimes the food isn't gonna be great. But I am now on my 4th or 5th time in a row getting food from this Wendy's and all of it being insanely old. My nuggets were shriveled and hard to chew, my burger was cold and looked like it had been sitting for hours, and the fries were also shriveled and old. This has been my experience multiple times recently. A year or two ago this Wendy's was meeting the standard expectation for fast food. Now it is god awful

We came to Wendy's after a girls basketball game with some of the team girls, a few siblings, and one of the coaches. There was a total of 15 of us in a single 15 passenger van. As we were ordering we were told that the manager had a message for us. The message was "we will serve you THIS time but next time you have to call before arriving or you will not be served." At the time there were maybe 4 people eating in the dining room and no one in line ahead of us so it was not busy. If my family and the coaches family only had come, there would have been a total of 16 of us. Should we have called ahead too? I could see if there were 30 of us coming in on a bus but 15? Chic Fil A would have had all of us our food in 5 minutes. We will never stop at this Wendy's again.

Just got pulled in drive thru for ordering 1 combo meal and 2 chicken sandwiches. 6 cars get their food before me while I wait over 15 minutes for my order only to receive a Diet Coke that had no flavoring. When I say no flavoring, I mean, it was literal brown water. PLUS ice cold fries that taste like they were 2 hours old. If you’re gonna pull someone and make them wait for an egregious time period only to serve them shit food, you may want to learn better avenues for customer service. Also, when you try and call the Meadville location, it says their phone line has been disconnected? I’m sorry, you can charge 25$ for garbage food but can’t pay your phone bill? Wild, Wendy’s. Wild.

Went here with my son. I decided NOT to order food...the reason being that I could smell the bathrooms as soon as I started walking into the corridor.....AND THEY HAD JUST BEEN CLEANED apparently, as the wet floor signs were out. I was met by a small swarm of flies, and had to hold my breath. The floors were still dirty, and the toilet and sink were covered in brown filth. The rest of the store had dirty floors and tables. He ordered food, apparently a gambler. His food was WARM, not hot. NO THANK YOU.

The people that work here are rude as hell. I wanted to use my coupons and the manager was very rude with telling me I am only aloud to use one. The person taking orders never said you're wecome have a nice day or nothing. I will go to Edinboro they are respectful and I can use more then one coupon. This store is garbage!
