On our 50th wedding anniversary we revisited Media, where we lived in 1975. Apollo's Pizza was still there with the same great pizza that we loved, although younger but equally pleasant management. We took their Apollo special pizza home with us and thoroughly enjoyed it@
I live in lower Delaware and I happened to come across this pizza place looking for another place where parking wasn't as convenient. I'm really glad that I stopped in. I think a lot of people in this area of the country take for granted the awesome pizza that they have. While people in the area may mark this Pizza with lower scores. Delicious, its something about the cheese, along with the sauce and crust. For me personally it gives me a sense of nostalgia, kinda like how tasty mom and pop pizza shops were back in the day❤️
