I ordered the chicken cheese steak and was dissapointed cause they don't use shaved chicken. They used diced up chicken breast which changes the whole profile of a chicken steak sandwich. Overall it was okay but nothing to rave about.

We love Big Al's! Their food is fresh and delicious. My favorite is the home cooked turkey hoagie and my husband loves their tuna on toast. Definitely the best turkey hoagie around :)

Different Cheesesteak #916. Downtown Media, you finally have a very good cheesesteak!! Big Al puts big flavor in his cheesesteaks!! They had a Garlic Bread Cheesesteak so I got a Garlic Bread cheesesteak with fried onions and mushrooms. The grillman suggested (insisted) I get cooper sharp and it was a very good suggestion. 1st bite; this cheesesteak was creamy. 2nd bite, this cheesesteak was creamy and flavorful. I don’t know how but I think the onions added a different dimension to this cheesesteak. The roll was good but do I want a different roll?? The meat took a back seat to everything else and I don’t know how I feel about that. One of my highest scores and the 2 biggest pieces could be improved, perplexing!?!?!?

Ordered a hoagie tray to bring to a party this past weekend. Hoagies were amazing and all the toppings were packed neatly on the side. Everyone was asking where we got them from because they were delicious. Will be back for sure!
