Very bad experience. Went there two Saturdays ago for a late lunch. Multiple people sat after us received drinks and ordered when we hadn't even been approached by anyone... We switched tables & were swarmed by bees while at a high top. Finally ordered a drink and when it came it was disgusting.... the mint in the Mojito was rotten every piece of the leaves had black on them... why on Earth would someone's serve a drink like that? We left and went to Spasso across the street and had an amazing meal. All total we wasted about 20 minutes in this place.

I asked the bartender to make me a kettle one martini, and I asked me if he had blue cheese in the olives, he said no, but he would make it happen, and he did, I had two of them, had dinner with my children spent three hundred dollars and had a blast

My first time ordering from here the reviews and rating seemed decent. Ordered take out for pick up on my 30min break, had my co worker go pick it up when we ordered she said 3 times no cheese because I am allergic-lactose intolerance and cannot eat cheese . I got the Santa Fe burger no CHEESE , no long hots , no guacamole… the burger arrived to me no long hots no guacamole but with CHEESE . The other stuff I could have just taken off but I can’t remove the melted cheese, luckily I had ramen in my trunk or else I couldn’t eat. Called them back to ask for a manager, because I’m working till 6pm and can’t not leave to go there until after I get off work .They hung up on me. Called back a second time the guy apologized and offered to email me a gift card so I can get another burger at another time. Was not given a name not sure if the person who took my email is the manager… UPDATE!!! spoke with the manager on duty who was very nice he did email the gift card and I got to keep the burger, gave it to my brother who says it was one of the best he has had highly recommend the burgers

Visiting from Texas and needed a place to eat for the night and this place HITS. Very great food and a nice spot to relax and watch the game. Food was great. Service was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone checking the reviews of restaurants around. 10/10👍

I will no longer be doing business with this establishment. Today, a manager by the name of Alan . Decided to discriminate against one of my associates. Insisting service animals were not allowed in the restaurant denying her service. She is one of the most humble individuals I know. I am in complete disbelief at the level of ignorance. Safe to say this restaurant is not handicap friendly.
I had a beer while waiting for our table, but didn't sit at the bar. The bartender was rude, so I chose not to leave a tip. To my surprise, she added a tip to the bill herself. It's unacceptable for staff to add their own gratuity without consent. what gives you the right to do that?

Very disappointed in this place. I had dinner with a friend and recommended this place last night, but the only thing that was good were the cocktails. The tacos were mediocre and the watermelon salad which was $13 looked like it missing the rest of the salad. Definitely not worth it for the price. If I ever give this place another chance again, I probably will only sit at the bar and order drinks.
