Great coffee and food...BEAWAEE there is no indoor or outdoor sitting anymore.. there use to be prior to covid. We use to love coming here and sitting down and enjoying and drink and food. But they are still busy with no seating, so it must be working.

Recently moved to Media and have been picking up beans here for a few months. Great beans and it’s nice they give a free coffee with the purchase, but it would be even better if they allowed you to order an espresso-based drink like Elixr. Deducting a star for no inside seating like others mentioned. Not sure why they rather sell succulents than provide a true cafe atmosphere.

Great coffee and oddest in-store experience not allowing you sit and drink a coffee. They would rather sell succulents. You can order food and enjoy it outside in the middle of winter. Bring back ability to sit inside because it is a great atmosphere. That said on seating, great coffee and nice people!

This is the most poorly thought-out business model I have ever seen. After finally finding it as it’s not easily accessible space, to my surprise I walk into basically a plant and garden center with coffee and no seating. Driving to this place was enough of a chore, but walking into a jungle of plants with nowhere to sit boggles my mind……. Plenty of space for 3 cafe tables. Better signs outside, get rid of 50% of plants and get some tables. I don’t get it?! Left to go to a real cafe.

This place is truly one of a kind. Their hot chocolate is one of the best i ever tasted and the breakfast wrap i had was delicious. Nice atmosphere! - This review was for the Burlap And Bean store that was in Newtown Square, PA (Now permanently closed); This is not a review for the one in Media, PA .

Truly excellent coffee and an even more phenomenal staff. Service is always fast and pleasant. Absolute go to coffee shop for whole beans and a quick cup on the go. Also friendly dogs are welcome which is an added bonus. Best coffee and staff in Media and it’s not even close!

Just so everyone knows this is only a takeout cafe- there is no seating area at all.
Haivng said that, there is quite the variety in coffee and non coffe(including seasonal lattes).

Media, if you aren't aware by now it's your own fault. This is one of the coziest, welcoming, peaceful coffee shops around. The owners craft and care of customer service, combined with an eye for extremely talented staff, help make the experiences here good to the last drop. Come on! ONE coffee pun!? Fine... The love of their business, coffee, & talent jump out before the door closes behind you. Through all the hustle, one of their amazing staff will grab the register, and have one of the best smiles you've ever seen. Clearly enjoying their day. These people really enjoy doing what they do and that makes the lattes, cappuccino, coffee, and smiles, good to the last drop... (reusing the same pun does not constitute the use of an additional pun and the original agreement of ONE pun is still the agreement).

I haven’t been here in a number of years, and unfortunately, today’s visit reminded me of why I have not returned. I want to say the staff were very nice. I ordered a hot oat milk latte. It was so hot and also filled to the top, that when I tried to slide the cup over to put some sugar, it spilled over the sides and burned my hand. I tasted it, and it tasted burnt and unbelievably hot. I asked for them to make me another one not as hot. The woman told me that they make their hot drinks up to 150° which I find that insane. That’s exactly why my hand got burned. The latte was not creamy at all. The 2nd cup she made was bad, but I drank it just because it wasn’t so hot that I couldn’t. I also decided I was going to get a piece of avocado toast while I was waiting for my first coffee. They charge $9 for one slice of bread and it would’ve been decent as they use fresh avocado, but it was so salty that I couldn’t even eat but a few bites. I will not be returning to this coffee shop and I think they need to be careful of the temperature of the lattes before someone gets severely hurt.

Great little coffee shop. Great service. Really enjoy their freshly roasted whole beans. Wish there was a little more parking for those of us who don't live nearby, but worth the stop.

This place is a true gem and the baristas are so kind & friendly. The outdoor seating is so lovely and the food delicious. The coffee is AMAZING & the almond milk is made in-house. Extra perk-- you can shop plants & local crafts while you are there!
