The place is super cozy. The dessert options are just right and the gluten-free options are so delish. The cortado was yum with latte-art; super special. I was passing by Media and craved something sweet so I found this place by chance. The owner is fabulous, she’s friendly and super nice to chat with. I wish her lots of successful years here. I wish i had this place closer to me.

I loved this cafe from the moment I set foot inside! It has such a nice cozy atmosphere and great desserts and drink offerings. It has a European vibe, and the hot chocolate is very European tasting, along with many other items. There is often live music, and a cute rooftop section with a balcony section. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. There’s even a kid’s play cafe to send your children to while you order a drink! Try it, you’ll love it!

The espresso was what one might expect. However, the customer service from the barista was not. While ordering for my wife and myself the barista asked what kind of milk my wife wanted in her order. I asked my wife and she responded and I repeated her response to the barista. The barista refused to acknowledge my answer. The barista then restated the question directly to my wife and seemingly waited for her response before continuing to process our order. I responded with the same answer my wife gave until the barista took the hint. The barista then attempted to ignore that our order was 'together' before I paid, though I had mentioned this before beginning the order. When our order was ready no one called our names, or announced what the order was, and I had to ask who the order was for. I received a curled sneer from the same barista as I approached the pick-up side counter. The barista was a teenager or first year college student who seemed to take offense at my ordering for my wife, though that is her preference when we go out to coffeehouses, so one may only guess as to the trauma they had experienced in their life, but that still does not excuse the implied indifference to me and/or my wife. We weren't trying to upset that person by virtue of our choice of coffeehouse that Sunday afternoon. Consequently, no tip was left. There is no place for that kind of behavior in the service industry.
The general area was echo-laden and reverberant. My wife and I couldn't find a place to be comfy or out-of-the-way of through foot-traffic.
It seemed that there were multiple venues where basic interior design could've alleviated the narrowness of its patron's range of motion, but none of those considerations were factored into the placement of seating options.
A disappointment.

I’m new to the area and I’ve been looking for cute coffee shops and this coffee shop is AMAZING! I had a Creme Brûlée latte and WOW! 10/10!! I highly recommend this spot! The Baristas were so personable and sweet! I will definitely be going back!!

Stopped in for the first time today. The service was excellent and friendly. Got the pumpkin pie latte and whipped ricotta & honey baguette, was impressed with the flavor of both! Saw flyers up for a book signing coming up as well which adds a really unique layer to this place will definitely be back!

First experience was within the first month of opening. 2 hot lattes, good flavor but coffee was only warm. Was disappointed especially considering the cost. Decided to give another try this past weekend. Bought 4 desserts and another hot latte and cold coffee to go. Desserts were great, again the latte was just warm. Latte was in a carrier so I didn’t realize the temperature until I got to my car and tasted it. It was not convenient at that time to go back. Maybe I just like my coffee very hot, but I will not give this place a third try.

Went on a Sunday-able to park right out front and no metered parking on Sundays ?! Had a blackberry raspberry iced mocha! Delicious! Along with a Gluten Free whopper pie. Incredibly moist for a GF dessert! Great job! Truly loved all the different seating areas available. Will definitely be going back!
Dietary restrictions: Had Gluten Free whole pie and brownie offerings, as well as a flourless chocolate torte.
Absolutely loved my visit to Cafesphere! ????? I attended a private event here and was beyond impressed. This gem features a stunning rooftop that was absolutely breathtaking. The ambiance is perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Their coffee is top-notch, brewed to perfection with a variety of unique blends to choose from. Their menu is visually constructed & uniquely color coded for someone who may be a new coffee drinker. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or just looking for a cool spot to unwind, this place is a must-visit! Can’t wait to go back!
