Terrible Experience at Chic-fil-A – Employee Luke Felton Should Not Be Working Here!
I have never been so disgusted in my life. I went to Chic-fil-A today, expecting a nice meal, but what I received was beyond disturbing. As I was enjoying my food, I noticed something strange—Luke Felton, one of the workers, had somehow managed to let out his remains my meal. To make matters worse, when I confronted him, he became aggressive and actually fought me! This is unacceptable behavior, and I’m shocked that someone like him is allowed to work at a place with such a good reputation.
Not only was my food ruined, but I also had to deal with an unprofessional, violent employee. I will never be returning to this location again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before they do.
Shame on Chic-fil-A for letting this happen.

Great tasting food at this mega-popular fast food place. The drive-through always has a very long line, but Chick-fil-A is efficient and the line moves quickly.

This Chick Fil A location has very professional staff members that have quick pick up times after the food order has been placed. It's rare to wait for a order more than 10 minutes. Unless your order is a catering order than it would take longer. Keep up the good work feeding those hungry customers.

I just don't understand how u have a million people behind the counter and most of them are doing nothing but 1 person on register at 11 am. It wasn't really busy but its a lot of businesses in this area and I'm sure most ppl coming in that time be on their lunch break. And if your new drink cost extra with the meals, it should be a sign or the cashier should let u know when u order. The workers seemed unhappy to be there. I most likely will not be back to this location.

Food was great and the service up until they gave us the food and we got home to find they forgot a burger. Too late to return and not worth the trip to try and get a refund on it.

I went to this chick-fil-a tonight and I literally sat in the left drive thru for 15 minutes while all the people on the right were ordering, paying and leaving. No one was answering the intercom I asked the guy in the other line to tell them you know you do have two lines. I ordered a salad with fried nuggets instead of the grilled and they just threw a whole piece of chicken on top. I'll stick with going to the Brookhaven one they are on top of it! This location not so much.
