What happened to this place? Its horrible! Inside outs were dripping with grease, no ingredients and flat.
Excellent inside outs, but ...
Why are they so tiny?
Glenolden DD makes them much bigger.
This place used to be busy. Not to sure what happened. Since the name change, not good.

Ordered Italian hoagie for pickup. Paid extra for sweet peppers. NONE on hoagie. When picked up wrapped hoagie and both wrapped hoagie and bag were warm. . Why? (I didn’t order a grinder.). Came home and had to cool it down in refrig/freezer before eating. And why are customers charged a technology fee? No Handicap parking spaces in front. Epic needs to absorb its own costs/expenses.
In short, no longer a customer.

Food is always awesome. Staff is always accommodating. This is always our pre Phillies dinner spot. Floors were sparkling clean. If you are coming in from out of town for any event, stop here to get a bite to eat. Double Decker is the best!

It wasn't lovely there cheesteaks are okay. The place seemed pretty dirty crumbs on the floor and on the tables. But at least there good wasn't bad.

Decent pizza, really good fries. Good burgers too. Overall it’s a decent place, not fabulous however.
Ordered the gluten free pizza on Thursday. I’ve never had an issue until this. Within 30 mins after I ate the pizza I started vomiting uncontrollably. I am currently on day 6 in the hospital with food poisoning :(

We were coming into town on a Friday night from Erie Pa and pulled into the hotel across the street from Epic Double Decker. The family was hungry and decided to order some food from Epic, thinking it was going to be ok food from a pizza place. The kind of pizza place that gives you standard Italian bland food. We were wrong, the pizza crust was crispy and flakey, the burger tasted more like a five-star steak restaurant burger that I would get in New York's best steak houses! The fries were crispy and had a wonderful bater coating that gave them a crispy outer skin and flakey potato taste on the inside. The sauce was wonderful and had the right amount of tomato and spice flavor that made the pizza tasty in every bite. Bill took our order and when I told him I missed the pizza flavors I use to eat growing up next to traditional Italian neighborhoods in Southwest Philly, he asked me questions about the pizza and the flavors and told me he knew exactly what pizza he could make me to give me that experience. He didn't use those words, he said "I got you, I know what you want!" He was right, it was perfect! Thank you, Billy, we'll be back!

Pizza is bland, but mozzarella. Sticks good. Not what other Double Deckers are. Overpriced. Maybe they should spend less on the custom bags and sides containers. Unnecessary and a waste. Is there any good pizza in Media? It’s not rocket science.
