They almost always mess up my order, so I’ve had to start double-checking before leaving with any to-go items. Even when mistakes happen repeatedly, the customer service remains poor. The team members never greet customers or say a simple ‘hi’ or ‘thank you.’ It makes the experience feel unwelcoming. I’m not sure if the Dunkin’ corporate team checks in on this location after franchising, but the service here really needs improvement.”

The young boy who works on weekend afternoons is remarkable; he prepares my coffee flawlessly without me even needing to place my order, as he already knows it. The food here is excellent, with fresh donuts available every afternoon. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service that never disappoints, particularly on weekends.
Good evening Google Family. I enjoyed my experience here today. The young gentleman who serviced me was very kind and friendly. I have visited this shopping center before, but not the Dunkin. I patronized the Chinese restaurant here. But it's no longer here. The doors and windows were boarded up. It was Tung's. They had good food. Roi and Nate from Cheyney University and I visited back in 2015 after we went to the Bates Motel Haunted house in Glen Mills, Pa. We had a great time and yes I was scared. Lol..
Parking: Dunkin is in a shopping center and there are many free places to Park.

Terrible service ordered med basic coffee place was not busy. Waited 15 minutes and still no coffee had to leave to get to work without drink. Girl working behind counter should not be on customer service job.
