I’ve visited this Dunkin 20+ times and my go-to iced coffee order has come out the same (& perfectly) every single time!! Iced coffee flavor profile is always on point and the staff is awesome. You can count on both and that’s what matters. I rarely write google reviews but this DD really deserves it.

They almost always mess up my order, so I’ve had to start double-checking before leaving with any to-go items. Even when mistakes happen repeatedly, the customer service remains poor. The team members never greet customers or say a simple ‘hi’ or ‘thank you.’ It makes the experience feel unwelcoming. I’m not sure if the Dunkin’ corporate team checks in on this location after franchising, but the service here really needs improvement.”
The people here at the one in springfield ,granite run media,and market street in linwood are very very nice and quick very accommodating.. Thank you all ....
