4.25 out of 5.00 🌟 notice 3 of 12 gone in 10 minutes... good stuff. Of course I was probably first customer of the day, so service was good and the donuts were fresh. You cant ask for anything more, accept i recommend no CNN on the TV when I come here. No one wants to listen to Democrat talking points first thing in the morning; however, I must note CNN has done about 10% real journalism of late because no one was watching. Quick question, does CNN pay dunking to play on their TVs?

Don’t know why there’s bad reviews but this place is by far the best Dunkin I’ve been to. And I’m from Jersey. This is the only one my friends and I go to since we go to college nearby and their service is always so nice. The coffee is always amazing, I’ve tried ordering my order at other Dunkins but they can’t make it like my people on Pennell Road.

I tried calling the store to ask about a large order. The phone rang and someone picked up but said nothing. I called back and the same thing happened. During the third call, I finally asked if this was DD and the person responded yes. It’s unprofessional and a bit creepy to answer a phone without saying anything. Maybe training the staff on basic communication skills would help.

Apparently large cold brew with cold foam and a turbo shot is an extremely complicated order. I got a large cold brew, but with no cold foam so I can't be sure I got the turbo shot either. Really happy I paid $8 for this. 2 stars for getting large and cold brew correct.
I go to Dunkin' at least once a day and out of all of them in the area, this has to be the worst one. They still haven’t figured out how to toast a bagel or stir your iced coffee before handing it to you. Service is fast as they usually all are anyway. They desperately need to implement some more training on how to do things properly here.

This Dunkin' location has very professional staff members that care and definitely have attention to detail with food orders. Multiple staff members check the food slips. I came to Dunkin at 5:55am and the doors were locked due to the lobby not being open until 6:00am. The staff member seen me walking away back to my car and the employee waved me in while walking towards the door to unlock the door. Very kind staff.

I rarely go inside to get my iced tea but I had to use the restroom. The ladies room was disgusting. The seat was dirty and I think there was poop all over the toilet. The counters were a mess. It looked like they never cleaned. They need to take more time to be aware of the cleanliness because I was appalled and disgusted
