11/10. Most authentic Mexican food I’ve had in Delaware county. Had the special, a queso stuffed chorizo con salsa roja, amazing. Soledad was wonderful, her serenade / singing voice made me tear up! Only people there on a Thursday night, everybody else was missing out! ❤️👍
Run! Don’t walk to Hidalgo for your next authentic Mexican dinner! My husband and I drove here from Delaware to meet our friends from Philadelphia and we were simply blown away. This is the best Mexican food I have had in so long! The guacamole, the fajitas, the biggest burrito I’ve ever seen and you have to try the cochinita pibil! Beyond the food, I can’t even begin to tell you how incredible the service was. Soledad was attentive, kind, funny, gave incredible recommendations...
