I've been to this restaurant before when it was very crowded and we still had very quick service. This time I made a reservation and got there right on time and there was still a very long wait. I only saw two other tables with people so I'm not sure if they were short staffed But I did see a lot of servers standing off to the side. We were there for Father's Day. The place was very busy, as can be expected, and we took a table in the bar because the restaurant tables were not ready at our reservation time. It was noisy, of course. The beer was good. We ordered the prime rib and mashed potato special. ($29.95) At 5:30 they had run out of mashed potatoes. The meat was small, thin and a bit overdone for medium rare. I think you should stick to the bar food type offerings. This is a beer and bar food type...
