Check your order. I had to go back 3 times to get the second patty in my double. It was the only item I ordered. They didn't get everything between the buns not once of 4 tries. It was a mess, took 40 minutes. It was not busy.

One of the extremely few McD in PA that actually has polite and attentive staffs. Im from the brookhaven-Media extension where Wendy's and BKs grow their own cows and tell customers to wait at a parking lot for 3 business years and still miss orders, and McD in Brookhaven 1000ft away from my home scammed my daughter to spend full price on Happy Meal without the meal which is a death sentence. This is 6 miles away but I come here for the service. Service makes customers man. -Hamburglar

This McD store was seemed newly renovated, cozy and clean dine-in area. There were lots of parking around the store and they had the drive thru lane too. There were multiple kiosk for self ordering. We ordered the special Mcdonaldland Happy Meal and a quarter pounder. The McDonaldland meal was pricey, about $15, never had seen such expensive item at McD before.
The staff members were quick to prepare the order, we got ours within few minutes. All items were in the bag, nothing missing. The nuggets, fries and quarter pounder had the standard McD taste. The kids finished them quickly. The Mcdonaldland pack had a lot items in it, like small toy, cards and maps. Overall this was a pleasant McD store.

Yeah, I went there to get a chocolate milkshake and the lady over the intercom said “I ain’t doing no chocolate shake” I was just appalled by the customer service absolutely ridiculous.
