Good afternoon Google Family. I visited again with Mom. Getting ready for this weekend and getting Mom's brunches together. Yes Micky D's is stepping up in the world. A lot of competition and Micky D's is keeping up with their competitors. I enjoyed the service on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Today is Mischief Night. I am hoping its not a bad night and no one puts eggs on the cars. I utilized the self service kiosk, put in my order and waited. My order was ready, Pronto!!!! I love the service here, good and fast!!! Good night Google Family and don't forget to work out!!!!!

I go to this McDonald’s normally, but this time we decided to try the drive thru. Went through the drive thru, and ordered our food. The lady taking our order seemed to be struggling to understand but that’s okay, we say it a few times for her. We get to the window and she gives us the complete wrong drink. We ordered a large Carmel latte, and she gave us a small vanilla coffee. And that’s okay, mistakes happen, but then she comes to the window and starts yelling at the other worker and saying how it was our fault. The other worker remained polite, but in the end we didn’t end up with the drink we ordered. Not the best experience.

Worst customer service ever im waiting forever for the simplest thing on the menu the 2 lady managers are just standing there talking about there relationship for 20mins and then when I get my food it's wrong I said 2 cheese burgers no pickles extra cheese had pickles on it and one slice a cheese glad I look at the food but was mad because I was damn near home I'm allergic to pickles worse ever
