Beware of new kiosks on table! We just left the restaurant and we usually go to kid eat free Tuesday. They have new kiosks on the table that look like they will be used for ordering. So we ignored it. Our son was playing on it. The bill arrives and we were charged a fee for him playing games on it. This is ridiculous (it’s the principle of it). No where does the machine ask or have a credit card thing that you could swipe so you knew you were opting in for playing a game. My son was on the other side of the table from me playing with it, I thought he was just scrolling through the menu.

Had a great dinner here the other night. They were short staffed that night. It took a little long but the food was delicious and the staff kept us updated and kept apologizing for the wait. I even saw the manager in the back helping to cook.

Great atmosphere everyone seems friendly especially the host. Jamie was our server. I ordered a flat iron with steak with shrimp but only got the steak. It could’ve been easily fixed if the server was to be seen somewhere but she just disappeared and never checked on the tables, literally not once. She came around when she got a new table and gave us our bill. It took another long wait to get our payment back. And yes it did say flat iron steak and shrimp on the receipt. She’s nice but please check on your tables as a fellow server.

Dietary restrictions: Type 1 diabetic was able to get a steak and shrimp with my choice of sides so I could watch my carb intake

Everything was AOK. It wasn't crowded and the food was good, better than the one in Springfield.
Waitress was attentive and my only gripe would be that it got really cold inside. It had gotten so cold that I had to zip my jacket up and the food got cold.
Job well done Media Miller's Ale House.

Parking: Where we parked first was difficult because of a thorofare of traffic going both ways, then we moved on the other side of the building which was a little better

We went slightly before the dinner rush. Our server was friendly. It was a sports bar with lots of big screen tvs. The food came fairly quickly. It was all good. I really liked the pretzle and the potstickers. My cheeseburger and fries were yummy. The portions were generous, and everyone at our table had leftovers to take home.

Vegetarian options: There was a veggie burger. But I can't remember seeing a lot of options specifically for vegetarians.

Parking: It's located in a large parking lot with other stores around.

Kid-friendliness: It seemed family friendly. I think there was a children's section in the menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was handicapped parking and a handicapped stall in the bathroom. The building is 1 level.

This was a terrible food and drinks experience. Please hire an experienced bar tender. All of our drinks were poorly mixed and tasted horrible. The food were do we start appetizer size portions. And just no pride in what was put on the table. We order 3 quesadillas and the filling was in the center only. You could see the cooks talking and watching TV instead of making our food. The place was empty there was reason for our to come out slow and cold. For the $389 we spent plus tip the manager should be ashamed. As Miller's frequent in Springfield and Philly I must say this was by far the worst. I personally never even received my meal but was charged. Sent back 4 drinks and had to ask why my food never arrived at the table. Leaving me to find another place to eat after leaving there.
