I *love* their coffee and I love to support a local coffee shop. Most of the cashier staff are very friendly (some especially so) but some other staff members are rude. The self-help drip coffee service would be convenient, but it is often empty and I need to inform staff and wait for coffee to be brewed on a regular basis. It’s a real hassle and inconvenience.

I tried many times to like this place, and I believe in trying to balance a review, so here are my thoughts:
Positives: Food is good, and the guy who cooks it is super nice. Normal positives: It is clean and pleasant, but not sure that should rate as a positive; it's supposed to be clean and pleasant, right? Negatives: Coffee is ok; nothing to write home about, and you have to ask staff if you want to know what is dark, medium, light. They don't and won't label it. They create an expectation for a tip even if you only get coffee, which is self-serve! My biggest complaint though is that if you only go in to buy coffee (which has to be plenty of people) you cannot pay with a card for a regular cup because of the card minimum. Preposterous. They are part of the last 2% of businesses that have a card minimum and the primary thing they sell is below the minimum!

OCCC has been a 10/10 every time. My favorite is the iced dirty hippie (chai and a shot of espresso) and I love that they offer either spiced or vanilla chai. Their chai is creamy and delicious. I also love that they have such a great iced tea variety and plenty of fruit flavored syrups to add to them! You don’t find many coffee places anymore that have those options. Also their pastries are chefs kiss.. recently got the banana bread and the Tandy cake. SO good! Staff has always been friendly and it’s always been a quick stop. Thanks again!!

Great coffee, great service, but the avocado toast was abysmal. Was soggy, with tomatoes and parsley, and possibly some kind of vinaigrette. It smelt like an Italian hoagie, I ended up throwing it out without tasting it.
But I would go back for the coffee and atmosphere.

Such a great coffee shop! Inside it’s really cute, cozy, and it’s in a great location. The coffee is excellent and the team is really friendly. The owner Lauri is awesome!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich to go this morning and when I opened it I was very disappointed to see that the shop knowing wrapped a burned sandwich. This is absolutely unacceptable. Especially considering the sandwich is over $8.

First time here. Cute little place. Spinach & Feta pastries and caramel crumb cake were delicious. Lattes were good. Staff was bright and friendly. I live far from here, but if I were closer I'd come frequently.
