Best coffee by the pound anywhere IMO. But but but - this tiny store tries to double as a retail establishment and a coffee house. They have a bistro set right smack in front of the retail display and there are invariably rude entitled people (who are clearly not spending any more $) who refuse to allow the customer (who is spending > $100) access the coffee display. Easy fix: get rid of THAT bistro set!! Sadly I wont be back, had been going there for years.

Sad to say that I found the latte I got here to be unpalatable. :( I ordered a latte with peanut butter flavor (seemed interesting, and the barista said it was a popular flavor) and it sadly tasted more like plastic or rubber than PB. I could only bear taking a couple of sips. I was shocked! OCCC always has such long lines and the seating is always full, so I thought the coffee would be amazing. At least for the latte, that was not the case.

Rude servers. The Matcha latte tasted way too sweet - like a liquid cookie. I agree with the other reviewer who said that the “vibe is off” if you’re a POC. They were perfectly polite and cheery with white customers. I wish I didn’t tip.

Nice place. Tasty snacks and good coffee. Service is helpful and friendly. But only paper cups, plastic lids, and plastic forks unless you're ordering an espresso. All the trash is disappointing.
Amazing coffee shop with great service. Definitely coming back when in the area.

24Sep23 1030am, I ordered 2 whole milk cappuccinos (order #3763110) and they were disgusting. I ordered and was standing by the door on my phone and I noticed the barista was spooning foam into the drinks. I get out to my car and see she didn’t put in any milk. She literally poured the shot, foamed the milk and spooned the foam in. ??♂️ I put that on training. Gave this place a shot and they failed 2 out of 3 visits. Plus as a POC the vibe is off.

They have so many coffee flavors to puck. The employee helped me pick the coffee that I would like, more of a light blend. Also I xould sample many different coffees. The coffee is so good, I can drink it black. Great tasting, one of the best coffees I have ever had. They also seve egg sandwiches and muffins.
