The location has been remodeled from top to bottom and the aesthetic is clean and classy. It feels like a sports bar without feeling like a chain restaurant.
There are TVS everywhere and they also project on to the building next door from their open deck.
Food was ok, standard fair pub grub. Which is fine all things considered
The charm in this place is definitely the deck, so stop in while it's still nice out and catch game.

Great spot. The folks behind the bar on the deck are super attentive, no matter how busy they are. My partner and I always feel welcome and the live music is a huge plus! Off the rail has been through quite a few changes and I think they are currently better than ever before. I do miss Karaoke nights, though!

Different Cheesesteak #1231. I had three guest eaters. Get a good look at them because you will never see them again. I heard Off The Rail had renovated and upgraded the food/menu. I don’t know what it looked like before, but I like it now. There are several areas where you can enjoy your drinks/meal. We sat out on the roof. We got a cheesesteak with fried onions. We paid the $2 and upgraded to french fries as our side. That was a very good decision. The meat, cheese, and fried onions were very good. They deserve a better roll.

Alicia literally went halfway across the bar to deliver mozzarella sticks to me. Today she was running shift. Well deserved.
Ron the manager makes sure everyone's at their best. He's encouraging of his staf and is a pleasure to do business with 😁

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The baseball games are projected on the wall on the rooftop bar!! Which is open as long as it's not a downpour. Also, Cornhole!!

We went for a lunch in Media with no plans of where to go. We've ordered from Off the Rail before but had never been to the space. It was a great experience. Good atmosphere and food. Our waitress Kim was also so personable. We'll definitely be returning.

Watched the Superbowl here. Fun restaurant/bar, especially for local sports. They also have a pretty good selection of live entertainment that cycles through.
Thanks for the stellar customer service, Pat and Alicia! Friendly + welcoming. We enjoyed cloudy and cumbersome beer + light show to match it! A must when on Main Street in Media. We were cozy at the “outdoor” bar upstairs where heat was pumping. Great place to come in any season.

OTR is our favorite place to go for happy hour. Nick the bartender is amazing and the reason a lot of the reason why it is our favorite place to go after work. Nick is super friendly, very personable, extremely helpful and does everything he can to make our visit pleasant and memorable. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the food. We typically order bar food and have always been more than satisfied with the quality and taste. We always look forward to going to Off the Rail, especially when we know Nick is working, and can't wait for our next HH.

Met up with friends for some pay raise celebrations and to watch the Orange Bowl. Nick was great, as were the other staff. It's a bit small of a place, but pretty cozy. Plenty of screens available to watch sports. Great for some low key hangs with friends.
