I went to pick up food tonight and they told me there would be a 15 minute wait even though there was no line because they had to do online orders. I walked out and said thanks anyway. I don’t think it’s fair that a customer walk in is any less important than online orders. I’ll think twice before the next time I go, because I don’t wanna wait 15 minutes to be in line to wait for someone to make my to go order

First time at a Pancheros. Was greeted by Manager Drew. I asked for a recommendation and he did not hesitate to build an awesome burrito. Ate in the restaurant which was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Drew is so sick and cool, he understood we had a long day of work and school, so he gave us a gift of free chips and queso as we were slaving away at our 12 page paper. love this place and will be back next monday! my only complaint is the lack of outlets to plug my computer into so I can enjoy my food and work on my degree simultaneously - so we should get on that!

We ordered catering for a big party and Drew made sure everything was perfect. Catering was organized, fresh and worked out really well! Food is always great, it's our favorite spot for burritos!

Fast, fresh food. Spotless clean. They don't skimp on the portions, and their flavors are great. This is what Chipotle could have been. Fast, friendly service. Excellent food. New weekly rotation spot when I'm in Media! Fresh made tortillas are wonderful!

We had never been to Pancheros. Help us pick out what we wanted. We watched the tortillas being freshly made. Everything we got was very good. The manager came around and checked how we were enjoying our experience. We told him it was great. It was a great experience.

My wife and I come here as often as we can.
The food is always on point and drew, the manager makes sure everything is great.
The only suggestion I would have is to expand the drink options. We will continue to come back! Thanks guys!
