This location is alright, but they are definitely practicing shrinkflation. Multiple times I've ordered my salad with extra dressing. They give me 4 dressing containers and nearly all of them are barely filled with dressing. Literally, a very minute amount. If I actually pay for extra dressing, I would like to have extra. Not the same quantity that would be in 2 dressing containers divided into 4.

It looks a newer location. Wide opened with good sections with different table setting and plenty of nice sunlights made me feel more comfortable and pleasant. In particular, its restroom is the new and nicely maintained, which nice companies are supposed to have for their customers and employees, not like many others ugly Panera Bread restrooms.

We received a limited time email offer described as BOGO5. We went to the Media, PA store and went to the person at the cash register to find out how the offer works. She didn’t have a clue. She gave us a stupid look and, because of the confusion, we ended up paying $35 for two “full priced” meals because of the ineptitude of the person at the cash register. Very frustrating! We won’t be coming back.

The Employee in Front of the Store is Very Old and Cranky I've only been here 3 times but All 3 times were the same experience No one greets you and when someone finally Acts like you exist you are talked to like a illiterate child who can't read signs But I keep A smile and wish them A wonderful Day👍

I love Panera, this location is especially lovely with a fire place and kind staff.
I wanted to try the advertised tomato soup bread bowl. The cashier's voice was so soft it was difficult to understand her. After several attempts to get her to speak louder or clearer, I just ordered a half sandwich. Your loss. The caprese sandwich was okay. The spicy sandwich wasn't spicy . Both sandwiches were dripping in sauce; messy. Very messy ! I prefer the store in the Center City Philadelphia.
