Panera at Media, there is a Panera team worker by the name of CJ, an amazing young gentleman, helpful with information, keeping up with areas that need cleaning, asking customers if they need any assistance. I am a loyal Panera customer and this gentleman made the atmosphere so friendly with his smile and kindness, you all need to clone him.

I would say if you are ordering takeout or delivery there is a 90% chance you won't have your whole order. I have no idea how this can happen so often. Whatever paneras system is for making sure you get your whole order needs to be changed entirely. The food I get is normally decent and I'm sure the food that I don't get would have been decent too.

This location is alright, but they are definitely practicing shrinkflation. Multiple times I've ordered my salad with extra dressing. They give me 4 dressing containers and nearly all of them are barely filled with dressing. Literally, a very minute amount. If I actually pay for extra dressing, I would like to have extra. Not the same quantity that would be in 2 dressing containers divided into 4.
