Any primos I have been to have been good, but this one is the best. Everything is always fresh and amazing and every single person that works here makes you feel like you are stopping by one of your friends places to pick up lunch, cant recommend enough!!! Get the crusher!!!

My buddy and I stop by Primos almost every other Sunday during baseball season, and they never disappoint. It has now become a Sunday staple during football season as well. The hoagies are consistently well made, look great, and taste even better. They’re always fresh, made to order, and exactly what you want every time. Huge shout-out to the owner, Brandon, for being amazing and providing fantastic customer service. He’s always friendly, efficient, and makes the experience even better. This specific location has become a Sunday tradition for us, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Placed order with specific instructions. The sandwich was horrible! The sandwich didn't look like a hoagie. The sandwich was made sloppy, was missing key ingredients to be called a hoagie and my specific instructions were disregarded. This experience was disappointing!

Owners: you lost a $140.00 order because the guy on the phone on Sunday 11/16 at 1:50pm made it difficult to order. Another hoagie shop got our business by simply taking the order.

I had the chicken Caesar a couple days back and it was delicious. The cutlet was nice breaded chicken while the romaine lettuce made it fresh. The gentlemen who took my owner was a friendly ginger headed man who was polite. The 2 other men, a lanky man and a bald man were very chilled and nice when I talked to them while they made my hoagie. I would definitely go back to try their other sandwiches. The dirt pudding is rich and sweet it man eme addicted to buying it. My favorite part is how quick and efficient when picking up the order. I order the chicken Caesar over the phone they said about 15 minutes. When I arrive they put it in a cute size box for me.

Super rude woman working there. Sounds like she smokes 4 packs of cigarettes a day. Everything I asked for/ordered, she corrected. She couldn’t have made the experience any worse. I called back and cancelled the order. Will not be supporting this franchise.
When I say I am a die hard primos girl, I really am, I’ve been ordering for YEARS, coming from my family who previous owned there own location. They do not put enough meat on the sandwich & I like extra onions, when my husband came to pick up our food, the lady at the front desk suggested we buy our own onions to put on instead of asking for extra on the side…. What???? Very rude & should not be working the front desk if she doesn’t know how to speak to customers with respect.
