They don’t answer the phone during business hours. Friday night 6pm, just pick up hang up. If the number on the website is incorrect changing it may help. It’s a shame there is no other hoagie or sandwich shops in Media….

Wife and I paid over 50 dollars for lunch today, ridiculous. She got a normal hoagie and I got a cheesesteak with extra meat. The sad part I specifically asked for extra meat because of the skimpy portion reviews. It looked like a normal cheesesteak, meat was dry and cold. Any other sandwich shop will fill the roll, this place, they’re worried about their pockets and not customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. I do not frequent this establishment but had been here previously. I ordered a regular Italian hoagie on 7/31/24, but upon getting home and eating it, there wasn't any prosciutto on the hoagie at all. It was also very skimpy on the vegetables and mayo. The sandwich was also much smaller than I remember it being several months ago (around 9 inches).

I set myself up for this by not placing my order online, so there is a small chance the man did not know how to make a sandwich correctly. But I believe he intentionally left if off as I received passively hostile behavior from this location in the past.

I would have saved $6 and got a large, better tasting hoagie at one of the two Wawa nearby. Or one of the other restaurants within this radius.

I simply will never return to this location again. I won't report it on the credit card or accept a discount to come back.

Classic hoagies with seeded rolls. Ownership is customer friendly. Orders filled promptly and food, service and experience all consistent.

My review is due to the steady price increases. $13 for a hoagie, any hoagie, is nuts.Always used to go to the Media Delco store, haven’t been in for about 2 years. The mid sized Italian now costs $13, started out at the same price as the small when they first rolled into town. Will now buy at Wawa.

I love this Primos!!! Staff and owners are super friendly and they always have deals and coupons!! Most of all I love that they give back to the local town by being sponsors for different sports teams and activities! Keep up the great work and thank you!!

Turkey swartzie was delicious but dang there was no substance to the hoagie. Hoagie was mostly roll, no beef or cheese to it.

Felt like I was being rushed by the cashier. The tone of voice wasn’t very welcoming. Not a lot of meat on the primo italian and the roll was very chewy/
