Starbucks has lost me as a customer mainly due to the fact that your paying a ridiculous amount of money for inconsistency. Sub par service and high prices have driven the constant decline in sales. Sharpies won't win back customers if standard operating practices don't exist.

Thank goodness for this location! Drinks are done as ordered. Staff is professional and kind. The store is clean and maintained well. Just an overall great establishment with excellent service. I hope the employees are being compensated accordingly. Great job. Might have to make the extra trip for the sake of great coffee :)
