Wife went inside and ordered two drinks, her name was called, she grabbed her iced coffee and stood there to wait for a second hot beverage. Waited just over 23 minutes before someone asked what she was waiting for and when she told them they said they already made it and someone else must have took it, when she told them she was standing there the entire time and waiting, there was no other beverage placed down and that everyone else was handed their order after their name was called. Someone else made the drink. So now about 25-30 minutes, I wait for it to cool down a bit, after the first 2-3 sips, I asked her to sip it because it tasted off, I opened the cup and it was just a tall cup of warm milk with whipped cream, no coffee, it was suppose to be a white chocolate mocha. So I drove back and we asked for a refund, staff was not very friendly during this visit. Her coffee was correct which is why I did not give a one star review. I wasted more time and gas over this coffee than it was initially worth.

Weird smell in the seating area like heavy bathroom cleaner barely covering urine scent. cozy seating right next to the counter, but otherwise the communal seating is the only option. Needs a new layout.

Now I’m a Starbucks girly through & through…. Dunkin, you’re still trash & Wawa your refreshers just can’t compare…. Anyway, I visit this particular Starbucks more than I do my own home (I work a ridiculous amount of hours) but no matter what time I pull up the team here has been amazing when it comes to their overall service & consistency. My favorite being the Trenta Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade (pictured below) which yes, it’s that good so I always get the largest size. I usually also get a Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap (will post pic later) as these are my Go-to breakfast items. When it comes to drinks esp Wawa & Dunkin are just not up to par. Starbucks food isn’t gourmet, but it’s tasty, convenient & quick. Hitting Starbucks almost every morning is an important start to my day & regardless if I pull up at 5am appearing to have just rolled out of bed everyone here has always been so nice/polite. Whether I’ve had an issue w/ my order or whatever the case may be it has always been dealt with in a very friendly/professional manner. The overall service/environment of this Starbucks has been exceptional & I’d just like to say THANK YOU to the team here for always helping me get my mornings started!
Starbucks is a great place, to come get a hot or cold drink and work on your laptop. The music is a little loud but if you need to concentrate on something, like yourself and work, here is a great place to stop and relax for a moment.

Horrible experience. Got coffees but one was a cold brew that consisted mostly of cream and an americano was straight black coffee not made to order. $11 wasted.
