First time in this Starbucks store and have no desire to return anymore. This is the first filthy Starbucks store I have ever seen.

The manager at this Starbucks and her district manager have discriminated against me. I’m a 60 yr old disabled man with a terminal illness. They have questioned me about my situation, and have banned me, and my registered service dog Polly. We have been long time customers for decades, and they have banned us from all Starbucks locations with made up lies . Soon News, media and legal action will be upon them. I’d like to believe they will apologize and reconsider this unethical illegal action. I called Starbucks corporation and received an incident number. And they’ve posted to me that they want me to contact them. I will not contact them. They have a short time to contact me to resolve this before I continue with my complaint, all I want to do is be a customer and see my friends regularly like I have at this specific store since 2011. I have made at least a dozen calls now to Starbucks corporation they keep sending me an email telling me to contact them so I do and they still never call me back. They are ignoring me, hoping that I will go away and I will not go away I am holding off on legal action until a certain point of no return. I made a phone call on Wednesday, August 14 and of course I was promised to call back, but have not gotten one. I have an email record showing all of my attempts to discuss my problem with them. I will use this against them and there will be nothing they can do to dispute their own ignorance and negligence.

Tony at the Media Starbucks is PHENOMENAL!!! A superstar of kindness! He’s always so upbeat and makes my purchase that much more enjoyable.
However I must say there are some other employees here who could use some customer service training. I don’t know their names but my goodness. You could wait 5-10 mins and no one would apologize for the wait. They are so inconsiderate and so dismissive. It’s almost like you are a bother. I do not like coming here at all and I drive all the way out to Glen mills for better service because I can’t always be sure Tony is gonna be in

My first time at this Starbucks and my greeting was, Are you here to order?
Yes , I am the only one here.
I would like a medium regular coffee. They didn't ask me if I wanted any cream or sugar. I assumed there was a table where you could add it yourself. I was wrong. I had to hand my coffee back to the employee as she pored it out and added the cream. She gave me back my cup with no greeting. I will definitely go to the WaWa located 476 feet next door for now on.

Horrible customer service! I was waiting over 5 minutes, I said "hello, hello" to try to get their attention, and finally someone came over, no apologies, then the manager came over and scolded me for calling for someone! I'll never go back to that Starbucks. Very rude manager. No customer service skills whatsoever.

They girls in this Starbucks really outshine many other Starbucks I have been to. They were so patient and helpful as my daughter and I were adventuring off the norm. Some of the other girls we've come across seem more annoyed that we didn't immediately spit out exactly what we want. So with that pressure they put on you, we have always just gone back to our same ol' order. So we ended up just taking a break for about a year or so to return.
This place was our first time back.. and I can definitely say I wish this facility was our neighborhood Starbucks!!
