Thank goodness for this location! Drinks are done as ordered. Staff is professional and kind. The store is clean and maintained well. Just an overall great establishment with excellent service. I hope the employees are being compensated accordingly. Great job. Might have to make the extra trip for the sake of great coffee :)

Tony at the Media Starbucks is PHENOMENAL!!! A superstar of kindness! He’s always so upbeat and makes my purchase that much more enjoyable.
However I must say there are some other employees here who could use some customer service training. I don’t know their names but my goodness. You could wait 5-10 mins and no one would apologize for the wait. They are so inconsiderate and so dismissive. It’s almost like you are a bother. I do not like coming here at all and...

They girls in this Starbucks really outshine many other Starbucks I have been to. They were so patient and helpful as my daughter and I were adventuring off the norm. Some of the other girls we've come across seem more annoyed that we didn't immediately spit out exactly what we want. So with that pressure they put on you, we have always just gone back to our same ol' order. So we ended up just taking a break for about a year or so to return.
