Good food, the wait staff is super nice but the manager/owner lacks any kind of people/customer service skills. We were in town visiting friends that just had a baby, stopped in for breakfast after grabbing coffees which were sitting halfway empty on our table as we were looking through their menus. Literally no one cared about our half empty cups as we weren’t touching them and they could see we were about to order food from the establishment, then the manager or maybe the owner comes up to us and gruffly says “we’re a restaurant no outside food or drink”. While we can understand and certainly abide by this policy (which we ended up taking our stuff out to the car), there are certainly nicer and more pleasant ways to ask and bring it up. Maybe the words “please” or “thank you” would’ve helped as we were literally two seconds from placing an order and providing business to your restaurant. Our waitress even apologized on his behalf. She was amazing and so very kind, maybe management can ask her for pointers on how to interact with other humans.
Thee absolute best place to have a cocktail and chill in Media. The food is also great but who cares when the drinks are that good! Service is great as well with a friendly and accommodating staff.

The food was amazing. The service was great. Everyone was really nice. Julia answered all of our many questions in regards to what was in each dish and what she would recommend. She was super sweet.
Dietary restrictions: Not a ton of gluten-free options initially listed, however the waitressed expressed that the chefs are willing to accommodate

The two stars is because the chicken parm was good. The two stars is also for spending $19 on two measly eggrolls that they didn’t even care to cut half decent. TWO for $19?????

The food was horrible. Dry and overcooked. I have never complained about food in my life. This food was so bad I am overcoming my Midwest politeness to document to save others. This is the second time we had bad food. Last time was shrimp that we sent back it was so overcooked. This time it was brunch - my teenage boy couldn't eat more than half a piece of the dry, blackened French toast; my husband had eggs Benedict with no yolk; my tuna poke was grey because it had been cooked for so long; and my daughters breakfast skillet was dry like the dessert. Great staff. We will only come back for drinks and outside atmosphere. Disappointed locals.
What a regrettable meal! We made the mistake of not reading the reviews for this place before making a reservation. Our experience here was memorable in a bad way, much like that of many previous diners (we later learned). The staff, although pleasant, seemed to be uninformed and poorly trained. While we were the only diners in the room for much of our meal, the staff mainly ignored us and continued to socialize among themselves at a nearby counter. The floor around our table was filthy, with pieces of food, dirt, dust, and who knows what else. We asked to see the wine menu, and our server disappeared for 25 minutes. Just as we were getting ready to leave, she returned with a hand-written scrap of paper with the names of about 8 different bottles of wine (no prices). Apparently, the restaurant does not have a wine list. Very strange! To provide prices for each bottle, she had to check with the bartender (more lost time). Our calamari appetizer, which arrived in an overly thick bread coating, was chewy and dense. Our entrees were accompanied by heaps of potatoes (more than we could possibly eat) and overly cooked, wilted asparagus. The $11 dessert arrived as a tiny portion with raspberry sauce smeared around the plate in an unappetizing display. Our meal ended when our server delivered someone else's check to our table. She then disappeared (again), and we had to flag down another server to point out the error. In short, staff errors, sub-par cuisine, and poor customer service plagued our meal from start to finish. Thank goodness Media has many better dining options available!
I really enjoy going to the townhouse for the ambience and the food, great place to sit and have a drink or a bite to eat. I had the crabcake sandwich and it was full of crab meat. I would recommend that to anyone who loves crabcakes.
Made reservations for dinner at 4 on Mother's Day only to be told when we got that there is only the Mother's Day brunch that was almost over that we could pay $45 each for. We left and will not be back.
We booked the reservation believing there was both a buffet and a la carte service. Got there ndo a la carte. The buffet was way too expensive for the quality of food and the offerings. Never going back.

The sound level is overwhelming upon entering. The tables are very close together. The music is playing. The place is packed. The result is a cacophony. The menu did not match their online menu, so I had to reconsider my selections. Our waitress dutifully informed us that the Caesar Salad was served with anchovies in it and asked if we wanted them or not. We both said we did. Neither of our salads had them. The entrees were very tasty, and the portions were generous. Everything was cooked as specified, and our waitress did her best to please. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere (crowd, closeness, and noise) detracts from what I seek in a fine dining experience.
The drink were cute but had very little spirits in them, food was OK, they gave you a lot of mussels, crab cakes I wouldn't get again Stripe Bass wife said it was good, nice place could have been better

Slowest service ever experienced. Waited 25 mins for a waitress to take drink orders and fill water. No apologies. Food (salads and apps) took 50 minutes. Had to flag down waitress for additional drink orders and water. Not severely crowded in dining area either. Second time in a year with terrible wait times - won't be trying a third time.
We attended the Easter buffet. The food and the value was fantastic. Most comparable buffets are much more expensive. The service was subpar sadly (and a recurring theme as this restaurant).
Went with a group for St. Patty's Day. It was decorated and fun.
