Absolutely loved this place!!! Food was great, atmosphere was awesome! Make sure to go see Miranda on Friday nights. She's the best!!! Super fast, polite, always so welcoming!

Absolutely disgusting. There was puke all over the floor, and the smell hit me the second I walked in. The worst part? The staff just walked around it like it wasn’t even there no one bothered to clean it up. It was so bad I couldn’t even enjoy a drink; the stench literally killed my appetite. This place clearly has no standards for cleanliness. Won’t be coming back.

I dined at the Townhouse for Father’s Day with a group of 5 other people. We had a reservation and were seated immediately, which was appreciated. However the restaurant looked dirty. The floors were not cleaned from the night before and there was food and dirt on the floor. Not great to look at while dining, especially when you take your dad out for Father’s Day. We arrived at 2pm and did not order until 2:30 even though there were only 3 additional parties in the restaurant- one of which left about 15 minutes after we arrived. The serving staff was not very attentive as we had to ask for sugar after our coffee and tea arrived, we had to ask for salt and pepper, and had to ask for additional hot water for the tea because it was cold. We didn’t eat until about 3:00. Again, we arrived at 2:00 and it was not crowded. The food was ok. The lights were also dimmed after we arrived even though it was overcast outside, so there actually was not much natural light. I keep giving this place a chance and each time it fails me. Only go if you have a lot of time to spare, like mid food, and don’t mind eating in a dimly lit venue while looking at a dirty floor.

This event was better than I imagined. The space is absolutely meticulous and perfect, decor may actually throw it off! It needs nothing. So many photo op areas. My favorite is the way the colors came to life in our photographs, the green velvet seats, blue velvet chairs, the artwork on the walls and the chandeliers, just perfect. The food was amazing! Highly recommend the add ons: grilled shrimp, beef sliders, bruschetta, fingers! The food presentation was worthy of photos, and the flavors were on point! My guest raved about the teriyaki salmon! However, above all was the service. The team that ran our son’s graduation event was beyond perfect. They were so patient with our wild bunch, constantly around for whatever we needed. They kept up with all the plates and were such nice, hard working individuals. They smiled constantly, and although I did not add the coffee to my package, they went and made it when my guest asked for some! We loved them so much we asked them to join our party and eat and drink with us! Although they professionally declined, we were glad we got to share cake! I actually was so happy with the service I added an additional $100 as tip. Shane-you are an unforgettable one since day one. Your energy, your passion and your genuine welcoming, catering persona is what made me book with Townehouse twice within 2 weeks! We’ll be back, thank you all so much!

Great place and atmosphere but the smell outside is horrible. Beer was warm, no working cooler outdoors? Bartenders were great regardless of the situation!

We recently had a dual graduation party here and it was outstanding. From meeting with me planning the party, to helping with my room decorations, the staff was amazing, so kind and helpful. Shane was extremely accommodating to our need for gluten free as well! Everyone at the party raved about the food, drinks, service and atmosphere! I highly recommend having an event or just going for a drink at the Towne House!

Food was extremely salty and some of it was undercooked. Plus I should have received a larger portion size for my money and better tasting food. Even the drinks were nasty! Overall I wasn’t impressed and expected a better experience. So for me this was a total waste of my time and money.

My son took me here on Mother's day for dinner .our reservations were at 5 pm.. we arrived on time and were seated quickly, however, we waited so long for our food...an hour and a half went by only to be told that our order was " bumped" out of their system...(in other words..our waitress never put it in , I'm sure) our food arrived 10 minutes later and luke warm...we figured we'd eat it because we weren't going to wait even longer...tried getting our bill because God forbid we try to order dessert...took another 35 minutes for our server to bring it...so dinner there was 2 and a half hours... horrible service!! I will never be back!!

Poor management- booked a private party. They double booked. Called us one hour before to notify us. Then moved us from the area we booked one month in advance to a table in the corner of Shebeen when we had booked a private area in the town house. The manager Shane was aggressive, rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic about their mistake. He spoke to the person hosting in such a hostile manner we actually were concerned he was going to become physically aggressive.

I had a very disappointing experience at Media's Towne House this past weekend. During a private party I attended, my husband was unfairly flagged by the staff without any clear explanation or warning. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially considering the event was private and meant to be a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I expected better treatment and transparency from a business that hosts events. This incident has definitely made me reconsider ever returning in the future.

Waste of cover fee to enter, especially when there’s 20+ bars in Media without. Confusing concept when dining as menu is restricted to which “venue” you’re seated in. Entirely overpriced for a poor serving size and quality of drink and food. Staff is inhospitable and rude. Nothing good to really say about this place except if an annoying dj overserved crowd is your vibe.

I know prices have gone up but $21 for two egg rolls the size that you get at Chinese takeout put me off my appetite no pun intended. They tasted like they you're ordered from Sysco. There were supposed to be filled with short rib meat but I couldn't find it. I paid $28 for a happy hour draft and two egg rolls. Totally disappointed. I don't think I'll go back.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience my husband, our friends, and I had at Towne House on New Year’s Eve. We’ve had positive experiences here in the past, but this visit was truly upsetting and ruined our night.

We had reservations and were not informed in advance that the dining area would be rearranged for a DJ, food service would end at 9:00 PM, and we’d be required to leave by 9:30 PM. This was only disclosed after our credit card had been charged. Had we known this beforehand, we would have made different plans.

The service was terrible from start to finish. We were rushed through our meals and drinks and didn’t even get to finish what we had ordered, yet we were still charged for everything. The staff was rude, seemed frustrated that we weren’t moving fast enough, and made it abundantly clear we were no longer welcome. To make matters worse, security forced us to leave without giving us a choice. It was shocking, especially as we noticed several empty tables as we were walking out. No one even offered us the option to move to another table to finish our food and drinks.

We spent over $500 that night and left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
