Stopped in here for a bite to eat while shopping. Ordered a smoothie and a wrap along with a Quesadillas... Really enjoyed the jerk chicken wrap and the smoothie. Quesadillas wasn't back but not a fan.
Didn't have to wait was able to order quickly. Food was reasonable priced and good quality. Will definitely stop in again.

I was a regular at this Tropical Smoothie, I go here a few times a week. But the last few weeks something has been off. My smoothies taste like water. I am not paying 14 dollars (with add on fruits) for just water and ice!! But on 06/30/25 I ordered a smoothie which tasted bad AND THERE WAS A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN MY DRINK, that I ended up drinking through a straw. I don’t think I can go here anymore. Disappointed :(

The Detox Smoothie was basically slushie… there was nothing smooth about it. It was watery with a hint of ginger and icey taste. The vegan hummus wrap was delicious and well made. Very fulfilling but the smoothie was extremely disappointing and deceiving. You might as well be eating snow

I went to the tropical smoothie Media location and all I can say is wow. Being Vegan/Vegetarian, it’s usually hard to eat out but the hummus wrap with a side of Jerk was amazing. If you're vegan just skip the ranch and cheese. The service was quick and good. It was my first time trying tropical smoothie but it won’t be my last. 😊

Originally ordered the Bahama Mama bowl and it was not good. The base was icy and hard with no flavor and the fruit was not fresh. Then ordered a Magic Mango smoothie and it tasted like chalk. I was not pleased with the taste of the items or the appearance nor the service. Hoping that things will be approached differently going forward for guests in the future. I will not be ordering from this location again.

This place is the best. Their smoothies are so tasty. I have tried all the flavors including the seasonal ones. So yummy!!! I have noticed the temperature is much cooler in the store during the winter months and the associates are wearing summer tee shirts. It would be nice to see the team in warmer company attire. After all happy associates translate to happier customers. Thank you Harry and staff for making my experience great daily. 😊

Got a free Smoothie on T-Mobile Tuesdays. The owner and Staff were nice in showing us how to receive our Smoothies. We will go back.

I ordered lunch from here with Uber and the courier ended up stealing my lunch. The management here did not care and refused to make me a new lunch. Pretty poor choice since I work across from them for another vendor in granite run. I will make sure to let everyone know how they didn’t help. And had no problem just taking my money.

The staff is always super friendly, greets us as we walk in, and remembers our usual order! The dine-in area is also always super clean as is the bathroom.

Stood by the cash register waited in line to place my order but was skipped as the cashier he ignored me and took a man who just walked in order. After taking his the cashier he walked away to talk to a co worker and I had to say excuse me multiple times till another employee finally came

Service thumbs down went in there I wasn't even greeted the young lady looked at me kept talking to the older gentlemen about nothing that involved tropical smoothie.
No won't come back here at all. Only got 1 star so I can do review. Everyone else that came in well let me say wasn't my color she waited on.
