Always take forever to take your order in drive thru. Every single time. 1 customer in drive thru and 1 in store. Forgot something in my order and had to go back in and lady at counter was on her phone and had hella attitude like i was bothering her.

I unfortunately had the pleasure of eating at this Wendy's about a year ago and the service and food sucked then. I thought well let me try eating there again since I was in the area. Surprise! still sucks. The cashier looked at me like I was bothering him. Maybe I was lol. Anyway I asked for no pickles on my Dave's double combo. Well, here we go again. The fries were clearly overcooked and the burger had one patty with pickles. I give up on this location. It a shame. I wish McDonalds was still standing.

The KIDS they hire to work here are terrible! Rude. Disrespectful. Do not know how to talk to or treat customers. Everything is met with a sarcastic, snarky, RUDE response! If my daughter wasn't so hungry and I wasn't pressed for time? I would have driven off and NOT spent my money at a place where I am not treated well. I told her to NEVER ask me to support Wendy's again! I am over it. I cannot believe how RUDE they are. It took everything in me not to MATCH the immature energy. I am very DISAPPOINTED!

The food is overcooked. Also, the employee need to lay off of the smoking vapor cigarettes because it's killing their brain cells.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been too. There is consistency in the worst possible way. I am a regular at the Wendy’s in Pennsauken, NJ because it is close to my work. I order the same meal every 1-2 weeks, a Baconator sandwich. It always looks and tastes exactly the same and it is always delicious. The people working at that location are friendly and provide good service. This has also been my experience at almost every Wendy’s I have ever been to. On the contrary, the Media location is the exact opposite. I have been to this location on four occasions because I live around the corner and I have not had one good experience and the food has been terrible each time. My baconator sandwich was missing a patty on two of the four occasions including tonight around 8:25pm. Not one time did my sandwich taste like a baconator from every other location across the country. Condiments have been missing, sandwich has been cold, and on one occasion it was clearly rotten/expired. It took four terrible experiences for me to finally write a review because it’s unacceptable and employees and management of the location need to be held accountable. AVOID THE MEDIA, PA WENDY’S AT ALL COSTS!!
A typical fast food joint. Usually not too crowded a drive thru or inside. Inside they have a create your own soda machine.

Their deals are good., really for $6 or less. But Wendy's eat in is OK . Take out is quick. It is after all the Wendy's. That's a nice one but it's just Wendy's atmosphere is just not conducive to eating in as a family just quick in and out lunch. Overall I like Wendy's always have.
