About 6 months ago this place wasn’t too bad. But as of late it takes 15-25 minutes waiting for your food even if you put a mobile order thru. And when you do get your food it’s ice cold. It’s a shame and I’m going to chalk it up to being under staffed?

For your own good, DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS WENDY'S LATE AT NIGHT IF USING A DELIVERY APP. The staff will simply not prepare it. You will wait, and watch the delivery time get pushed back later and later. Yout order will be assigned to a ghost courier, who will never come to your house. You will complain and get a credit on your order. You will go hungry, and the Wendy's employees will continue to have a job despite being lazy.

There are other Wendy's. Pretend this one doesn't exist, and you won't go hungry and have to beg for a refund.

Usually have no issues. I ordered ahead on the app and was asked to pull up while they completed my order...which never came. I think they forgot about me. I had to go inside and remind them and then wait.

I've gone several times to this location, and I'm probably not going back. As others said, most of the time the staff is rude and it can easily take a long time to receive food. A few times I've received a wrong order, and today's was the last. I ordered the Dave's double meal, had to repeat the order, and I got home to find I got one beef patty despite the receipt showing that a double is what I paid for. I always look inside the bag to make sure the number of items is correct, but I shouldn't have to unwrap a burger to count the patties. Some changes need to be made to this location.

Took quite a bit for 1 simple order and they still got it wrong. They literally gave me a dry piece of chicken between a biscuit and that's it as my sandwich.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went to pick up a mobile order and kept getting told one moment when there was no one else in line or drive through. The staff and management is a complete joke they act like it’s so damn hard to reheat a bunch of frozen food. Surprised this horrible place has 3.5 stars been over 15 minutes waiting
