This is a takeout restaurant. If you use a card, the machine will not allow you to proceed without leaving a tip. The staff is not nice to you. They do not welcome you when you walk in, nor do they thank you for your business, yet they're demanding tips. Unbelievable and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back.

Several times I've ordered vegetable dumplings here and several times they've given me pork dumplings. I called and asked for a refund and they refused. Very rude. Terrible customer service. Order anywhere else. Even the food they got right wasn't very good and its too expensive.

Asked for a refund because they gave us the wrong item. They insisted we drive back to show it to them. We asked politely and told them we didnt want to drive back. They refused to refund $7 and said "we don't respect you because you dont respect us". Apparently expecting to receive the correct food is disrespectful.

Terrible place! DO. NOT. GO. HERE Dumplings meat was super undercooked, the spring rolls with the sauce, I had to spit it out because it was super inedible. The customer service was absolutely awful, he still charged me for the food I didn’t touch.

Delicious food!! All white meat chicken in the General Tsao’s

The food quality has declined. Will be searching for other restaurants. The shrimp fried rice was incredibly dry, and the general tso has gotten even dryer and stringier. Why would anyone want to pay for chicken that is dry and difficult to chew. The lo menu wasn’t too bad, but I am disappointed. We’ve been serving New Year’s Eve dinner for about five or six years. This will be our last year serving food from this restaurant.

Wow! Significant drop in quality...no vegetable in the vegetable fried rice...no chicken on the General Tso's...just massive wads of breading. The filling in the spring roll was gross, slimy and weird. I used to love this place. I may give them one more shot, perhaps it was just an off night...but ugh....

This is our go-to for takeout sushi and Chinese food in town. We especially love that they're open on Mondays when a lot of other restaurants are closed. We're always so happy with the order and they can accommodate dietary restrictions as well (like asking for gluten free dishes).
