At first there was a young man at the window. Its was near closing time, n i felt bad. For i too worked in the restaurant business. It was a bummer when we were ready to close n got customers last minute. So i tipped the young boy n girl a few bucks. When I got my food, I misunderstood the promo asked a question. The the girl became very annoyed. Then began being very aggressive, unbelievably rude. I've never been more disrespected n threaten before from a take-out window in my life. I mentioned I wanted to se the manger and she freaked out. I do not recommend going to this burger King after 8pm. Specially if u have children with you!!

Playroom! You don't see playrooms often anymore. It was a wonderful surprise to let my kids run around a bit after driving for hours, with hours more to go.

The Cashier (Corlin) was incredibly rude. The Sandwiches were luke warm. The hashbrowns were half overcooked, half decent. And whereas we ordered large drinks and were charged for Large drinks, we were given kids juice boxes

We had a coupon for junior whopper and fries. The drive up teammate had us wait so she could give us fresh French fries. The hamburger was so so. Wendy's hamburger is better.

Husband and I were en route back home to MI from NYC when we were both suddenly starving. The very next exit advertised a Burger King and not much else so BK it was. Unable to eat inside because our constant companion Radar (aka Best Dog Ever) isn’t welcome, we commenced our usual routine: Park in the front and I go inside to use the facilities while he walks the dog, then the roles are reversed until we’re ready for the drive-thru. I couldn’t help but notice just how impeccably this BK was cared for, although the surrounding area hadn’t caught up yet, like a little oasis. Sparkling clean bathrooms, litter-free parking lot with fresh parking lines and beautifully done seasonal landscaping. The young lady who took our drive thru order could hear us and we her, sadly something to notice these days. Apparently something we ordered wasn’t ready ASAP so the young lady, I kid you not, asked us to drive around to the front door so they could take an extra minute to get us the freshest food possible. I’m sure we both looked dumbstruck at this point. I have never, I don’t think ever, been spoken to so kindly with a pleasant smile at a fast food joint. The food came out almost immediately, and it was exactly what we expected, except it was hot, and fresh, and the server expressed her hopes that we would have a great day going forward. I’m still in shock, unsure if this place we stumbled upon was real or if we were just a tad road weary.
