My family and I have been coming here for years and have brought my son in since he was 3 days old and have never had any problems and have always felt welcomed and were treated so kindly until today. As we were going to leave my kids husband and I were standing at the door waiting for our mom to finish up paying. Mind you the door was not open until my 2 kids husband and I had walked out to the car. One of the owners had cashed our mom out and had been completely disrespectful she had thrown the pen down and said "really leaving the door open for all the flies to come in and letting the ac out, blah blah blah" right there infront of my mom. No longer recommend coming here if you have a family with young kids and we are scratching this place off the list in the town to eat and recommend to other people. Thanks for turning a good day into a bad one.

Typical American diner. Food was prepared correctly. Service was above average. The place needs a good cleaning and an update inside. All in all... I'd go back if I was in the area. 🤩

The French fries were hard as a rock. Mean was ok other then that but nothing to write home about. Lunch was $28 for 1 of us and that was with water to drink. The waitress was very nice.

Amazing staff - good pricing - traditional atmospheric feeling. The story of the life-long waitresses being given the business by the passing owner was cool as well.

My husband and I went there will not go back and will not recommend I ordered the hot turkey sandwich I was expecting some nice Texas toast with fresh turkey and gravy an mashed potatoes instead I got two slices of soggy white bread with tasteless mashed potatoes and store bought gravy potatoes were cold we'll just say I took 3 bites and didn't finish my husband had the blt with fries he tried to share had one fry and was digusted when I saw a hair on his plate the salad I had consisted of half rotten lettuce a big slab of onion a little wedge of tomato waitress came to our table asked if we were finished didn't even notice my still full plate didn't even ask what was wrong with it just wrote out our check I will never eat there again awful food then had all the nerve to charge us $27 for the slop

Stopped in for lunch. The waitress who greeted us was very sweet and friendly. Unfortunately, after getting our drinks, she was done for the day and we were taken care of by another waitress, who was tolerable at best. She was very unfriendly And acted as If a request for to go boxes and a piece of pie to go was extremely difficult. I tried to give her my card at the table and she turned around and walked away. I figured out on my own that I needed to go to the register and pay.

Best breakfast I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Very reasonably priced also.
