Outside appearance may be a bit deceiving, because inside the food and service was great. The inside decor was pleasant with a typical small town bar feel to it. We were passing thru town and just happened to see it on the main road thru the town. Friendly service, and they definitely treat regulars like family. Well rounded menu with lots of choices. I had the steak sub upon the recommendation from our server, and it came with fresh cut fries. The sub was lightly toasted and had perfectly flavored sautéd onions peppers and gooey melted cheese. The fries were tasty too. The portions were plenty, if not too big. Lots of beers to choose from and a few food specials were offered. If we find our way nearby again, we will certainly stop.

Stopped here on our way to Erie for Easter weekend, after a big storm hit the area. The bar tender said they got hit pretty bad - they had no power and had some flooding. BUT couldn't tell at all. They had the full menu up. Got boneless bbq and garlic butter and Mac n cheese. Great sauces and the Mac was simple, but tasty. Might need to make it frequent stop on our way from Erie/Pittsburgh
