This place has been a staple for most of my life. I live 9 hours away, but stop here every time I come "home." I had been craving the French onion soup, a salad with their French dressing and of course their famous pretzels. I don't know what has happened to this place, but if this were my first time here, I would never come back. The pretzels were not the same. The French onion soup recipe is different and not good. The dressing for French is oil and my daughter 's chicken sandwich tasted like it was from McDonald's. Our server was very sweet, but kept getting distracted by the chaos in the kitchen that is on full display. It seems like kids are running this place. Such a disappointment.
