The lady that took our order was very disrespectful she had a horrible attitude towards costumers and was rolling her eyes.
Force tipping is poor business practice.The machine does not allow no tipping, buttons does not shift down to no tip. Only up for 20% tip and up

Today I literally ordered the boba drinks just to go pick them up and be rudely told they have no boba (so I’m literally drinking flavored water) and offered no compensation for my incorrect drinks! If you are out of boba update your app I should have never been able to order an incomplete drink in the first place!

Couldn't get my simple coffee right,the lady forgot cream, little to no sugar had to put the cream in myself after asking for it
