I am a frequent customer at this Subway. Their hours state they are open until 10pm but I’ve now gone in twice right before 8pm and they’ve been closing (instances about a week apart) and have not been able to get a sub. I know they are having trouble finding staff but this place has gone significantly down hill. Staff that are there acts like it is an inconvenience when a customer walks through the door.

Some of the staff is ok, one of the sandwich artists is really pushy as if she’s too busy to want to make a decent sandwich. I’ve been here two times in two weeks now, and each time I come in the ingredients are not fresh. Wilted lettuce, tomatoes and spinach, bread is old and chewy. One of the worst subways I’ve been in.Vegetarian options: They do make a veggie sub, but it the ingredients could be fresher.

Apparently 12 slices of pepperoni is "double meat" for a spicy Italian. Very poor quality of food. Hand written signs about "no coupons" posted everywhere should have been my first clue.

They have a new boss running the place. It is a big upgrade and well managed...
Ever since subway removed italian dressing in there bottles and switched to those cheap packs of Italian dressing nothing has ever been the same. At least you were able to have the employees there add the packs of Italian dressing on your sub in front of you vs having your sub stay dry. (till things changed last month) This location has a new manager with terrible ideas, and she has since killed the Italian dressing policy on a maximum of 2 packs per customer do to a glove issue on opening up the dressing for the customer. They will not even open the packs to place the Italian dressing on your Italian BMT, and instead the customer has to ask if they can place the packs of Italian dressing on there Italian BMT before that employee packs your sub away for purchase. It's called an Italian BMT, and your holding back on the Italian dressing why? Stop hoarding the extra packs of Italian dressing which you have, and stop imposing limits on how much a customer can place on there sub dressing wise. (charge extra if its a dam issue) So to some this review up this subway location is no longer what it use to be, and should be avoided. I recommend going to another subway further away or a Jersey Mike's.

Close way too early anymore "like 6pm even if they says closing at 8pm" and half the workers are horrible and lazy the past 5 times I've been there. Tired of being disappointed. Not going back.
