A group of 17 of us came in to eat tonight. Our reservation was for 4:30. The food was great. However, when it came time for our checks, she did not bring our checks back for about 15-20 minutes. We understand there was a lot of us but we only had 5 separate checks and we were not complaining about it. We politely asked the first staff member we saw (we didn’t know it was the manager at the time) if she could just grab our checks for us because we had to leave. Again, we did not complain about our waitress or the wait time. We just simply asked if she could grab them since our server was busy at other tables. The manager said “what do you think she’s going to write down your card numbers?” Then when our waitress finally brought our checks back, she said “sorry but you didn’t have to get my manager on me.” We never once complained or “got the manager on her.” I think it’s disrespectful, since we are younger (21-24 years old), that waitresses and waiters can treat us like we are less than because they think we will not tip them. Half of us at that dinner are waitresses and waiters and we know what the restaurant industry is like. None of us would EVER make the same comments that these middle aged women made to their customers.

The food was very bland. The pizza was cold. The prime rib sandwich comes with no side. No one in our party cared for their meal. Dessert was yummy. I would not return.

I don't think we've ever had a bad meal or experience here. It's definitely one of our favorites! We like the choice of small plates or a full meal. Would like to see some new options on the menu from time to time. We also like the privacy of their booths and they have a nice bar area. Highly recommend!
If I could give the service a negative review I would - food took over an hour to arrive - When it did it was cold - Had to wait 30 minutes to get a ranch dressing and at that point everything was beyond cold - had to beg for drink refills - they did remove part of the cold food from my bill - But I literally left the restaurant hungry
