We ordered one m&m mc flurrie and it was literally fully melted. The m&ms melted all their color even. Not sure which mc Donald’s is worse. Mercersburgs or maugansvilles but we’ll be avoiding both.

worker named grace had very good manners. brought us new fries because they were cold by the time the rest of our food was ready. she was very nice and showed good work ethic.

Unfortunately I have had so many bad experiences at this McDonald's that I no longer trust ordering from the Mercersburg McDonald's. I have had cold sandwiches and cold fries, undercooked Fries, overcooked Fries and incorrect condiments on burgers, The bad experiences I have had are almost every time I've ordered.

I have ordered from this location since moving to Mercersburg. I have placed well over 10 orders during the last year. Every single time the food is completely wrong and made with absolutely no care to direction. Unfortunately we have a picky eater in the family and onions are an absolute no go for him. This evening, I placed an order for a Double Quarter Pounder with NO onion . I received the order and every item was wrong although the sticker on the sandwich box stated the specifications.
Absolutely horrible. Orders are always messed up and food sucks!
