Ordered 5 subs all the subs were wrong tried contacting them no answer and I’d to everyone not to go here because the people are rude and don’t know how to answer the phones and make they get your food wrong they don’t read what you ordered

This subway always messes up the order EVERY SINGLE TIME ! We have eaten here over 10 times and it's always the wrong sandwich or toppings, not even close to the correct order, I don't know if they can't read or just don't care but it's unacceptable to have to go back in after checking the bag, and then wait on them to make it again with not even a free cookie or anything offered, if it didn't happen so often I would not even complain but this is a joke of a subway, they need a better hiring manager or proper training, I can't understand how every single sub was messed up in major ways, we didn't order anything complicated, completely wrong every time !

After ordering the same sandwich twice a week for a month, I was informed today that they don't make the sandwich the way I ordered it. (Hotshot Italiano all salami, no pepperoni.) To be clear, I have only been going here because the choices in Mercersburg are limited, at best. I have stood by without complaining when I have been charged a different price for the same sandwich every time I ordered it depending on who was working. I have not complained when I asked for my sandwich to be assembled a specific way, and it wasn't. Today was the last straw. The food is, well, Subway, not some Gordon Ramsay gourmet fare, the service is slow, and most of the staff are indifferent at best, or wholly disregarding of customer requests, at worst. I don't recommend this location AT ALL. Ridiculous.

Teresa is amazing! She's so kind and thoughtful every time you go to Mercersburg Subway. She remembers everyone by sub or name! I definitely recommend Mercersburg Subway!

Me and my dad come here a lot, my dad got take-out I got food to eat in here. Shay, who I think it’s her first day, and it being her first day she did great, in my opinion, everything was right and she was so sweet and polite! Got to hand it to her since she looks young too!

There was only 1 woman working but she was on point the whole ordering and preparing service.
Mobile ordered one foot long Black Forest Ham sandwich in Italian herbs and cheese bread. When we arrived later than the time that we picked, the sub was ready for pickup. All ingredients were included as expected.
