Bought a $12 sub that turned out to be horrible. Bacon was so thin you could see thru it & was barely cooked, rubbery. Meat was stringy. I took 3 bites of half of it & called to talk to Mgr who was not in. Took the other half of the Sub & the receipt in the next day at 3:00, the Mgr, Casey, had left at 2:00 so had to make "another" trip the following day. Mgr refused to do anything, first said no one ever complains about subs then made the statement that many come back the follow day with the other half of sub, like I did & want money back!!!?? Said they never refund money or offer another sub. No Customer Service at all. I called the toll free nbr on the receipt, Subway World HQ. There is absolutely NO way to speak to a person, all digital!!! Horrible company & they have lost my business totally. I am spreading the word to all I know, so far 3 other people have told me similar of their very similar experience.

Mobile ordered one foot long Black Forest Ham sandwich in Italian herbs and cheese bread. When we arrived later than the time that we picked, the sub was ready for pickup. All ingredients were included as expected.

This will be the last time I will ever go into this subway, and maybe any subway, ever.There were only two people waiting in line. The first person ordered 4 subs, they didn't know what they wanted or what the other people they were getting food for wanted, so that took a little while. No big deal.The second customer was a man and his son, they knew what they wanted, also no big deal.My daughter and I were waiting in line now for 10-15 minutes, there was only one person working, I get that, lower overhead, keep cost low. Ok.What pushed me over the edge, was the online order who walked in as I have finally made it to the front of the line and was taken care of before me. Who also didn't really know what they wanted on any of their 4 subs and I had to wait another 10 minutes before they were out the door and I could be helped.25-30 minute wait for my daughter's 6 inch sub.Nope never again.The management needs to help their customers and reduce the stress of their staff by having another person on staff around the dinner rush. Losing customers in a small town this way can be very bad for business.The how much did I spend per person figure was less than $5 for food, and ~ $100 in non billable time.

Right after we ordered, a guy that apparently had never been to a Subway in his life approached with an insane order for 7 different footlong subs. Despite his best attempts to communicate poorly the maintained professional and courteous conduct, despite every customer in the house laughing at this clown. Our food was good and our order was accurate. Great job mercersburg subway.
