Genuinely the slowest service I've ever experienced in fast food, and it was nearly empty. If you're in a hurry, avoid.

Workers are loud and unresponsive. Wet floor signs with standing water. No workers are wearing gloves. Tables covered in dirt and grime. Trash on ground and bathrooms are disorderly.

Drive thru line is insanely slow and can be long (especially at night). However, the food is always hot and fresh unlike the nearby McDonalds. If you place a mobile order, just go inside to pick it up.

I visit this wendy's a lot. I actually went to wendy's everyday this week. Went through the drive through for lunch. They have a new young lady in the window. Her name tag said Nola I believe. Anywho she was Extremely nice & fast everyday, usually i wait long with those kids but if they keep her there, things will change. Food was hot & delicious & that frosty mann listen..
They really NEED to clean the hoses for the fountain drinks. I got home and had to pour it out.

I bought the grilled chicken wrap meal, the rap on the chicken wrap, was very hard, the chicken inside was old and hard, I would take it back but I didn't feel like leaving the house once I got in. The french fries ,chili, and frosty were great.
