The restaurant was completely out of mayo and chocolate frosties. We ordered on the app. The employee didn't tell us this info when we were at the drive thru or even ask us if we would like a different item or another frosty. They just made our order and as she was handing us the bag she stated our sandwich had no mayo and they were out of chocolate frosties so gave us vanilla. A choice would have been nice.

How does Wendy's run out of chocolate frosties and mayonnaise, but still let people order chocolate frosties and items featuring mayonnaise? Totally unimpressed.

Where is the Owner! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in this place it’s a horrible experience! Why can’t you get it together????? The staff are extremely rude, the food is terrible and it’s always something not available! Years and years of this!!!!! Where is the damn OWNER!

I placed an order for a four piece chicken tender meal, with a vanilla strawberry swirl frosty. I only received 3 Tenders and some crumbs, my fries were cold and my frosty wasn’t on my order at all. They told me at the window that I didn’t order it. The pace is obviously too fast for the workers because they just threw orders together and missed them at the same time.

Food was cold I return the food had them remake it and the order was still cold , please don’t waste your time at this Wendy’s , I wouldn’t even give it 1 star , but I had to leave this comment

DO NOT ORDER after Sun down. They get lazy and choose not to an order together correctly and send it off to delivery drivers. This has happened 4 times now.

Genuinely the slowest service I've ever experienced in fast food, and it was nearly empty. If you're in a hurry, avoid.
They’re always out of something (food item and/or supplies) and the employees are rude.

Workers are loud and unresponsive. Wet floor signs with standing water. No workers are wearing gloves. Tables covered in dirt and grime. Trash on ground and bathrooms are disorderly.

Rudest customer service ever. They gave me the wrong food. On top of that, they gave me a cash refund when I paid in credit card as if I was the absolute inconvenience for their mess up. I feel bad for the workers though dealing with such a rude boss.
