I have well warranted mixed feelings about this place. Overall, in my experience, i can confidently and honestly say that from the start of my girlfriend going there in 2020, til present it has been the worst, most unprofessional, careless and carefree workplace I've ever seen. Between the constant, ever-changing, inconsistent group of employees that cycle through, majority being immature, careless, poor people skills, the yelling, boisterous and obnoxious behavior. I don't normally go this thorough but I just can't wrap my head around how my girl can consistently buy the same drink day in and day out for over 3 years but yet 75% of the time she has to return her drink because it's made wrong or doesn't have the amount of espresso she payed for in it. Not even the tip of the iceberg but I've made my point.

I need to leave at least 20 minutes earlier than usual if I plan to stop here because it’s by far the slowest service of any local Dunkin location. There’s also a 50% chance that my drink will taste the way it’s supposed to.

If you're out of bacon, let the customer know you're out of bacon. Don't expect a customer who specifically orders avocado toast with BACON to be happy opening the box and finding a few small pcs of bacon and no everything bagel seasoning on it! THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY ORDERED! Then when confronted with the lack of bacon or seasoning situation, instead of throwing it away and starting over you just add the seasoning and a few more small pcs of bacon, to already cold toast! Service at this Dunkin is decreasing every time I go here.

the Sunbury location is way better. the night shift employees don't seem like they've been trained at all. they have no sense of urgency and it takes forever to get even simple orders. the donuts are always stale here too.

Stopped here with the bois on a target run. Following are some extremely helpful observations:

Recommend drinks:
Water from the adjacent convenience store.
The brown sugar shaken espresso tasted gothic or as my friend said “burnt”. I was on edge the whole time I was drinking it but luckily Sabrina Carpenter did not appear.

Wait time:
Some of my bois waited a long! time for their avocado toast. I think they had to wait for the avocado trees to finish growing before they could harvest the avocados and make the toast. Talk about fresh!

Free Food:
They have an incentive program where if you bring a friend and he pays for your drink, you receive a free drink. One of the bois graciously purchased my stuff. I think you have to be friends with him and have him physically in store before he would pay for yours. So good luck finding him; but just thought I throw that out there.

Unusual sighting:
There was a woman that approached the counter multiple times to order in low tones. Later we saw the waitress handing her cups filled full of whipped cream. Me and the bois were baffled. She exited Dunkin, and in a well timed rendezvous, jumped into a truck that just pulled up. Luckily, I wasn’t invited to the party.

Architecture:
I dropped a straw on the floor. Since i have bending restrictions, it was very difficult to reach the floor. It’d be nice if they would build the floor a little closer to waist level.

Hopefully my review helps you make an informed decision. Please weigh all the pro and cons carefully and check around at other places to see what they have to offer.

Unfortunately service is sometimes slow. I order the same iced coffee everyday and it never tastes the same.
