I usually come after I get off work. I get the same order every single day. But when I order towards the night , the mini bagels are made correctly. Now however when I come during the morning I get served mini bagels that ARE COLD as if they just came out of the freezer. It’s truly disgusting and I will never be coming during the morning again. If it continues to happen , I’ll be going higher. My uncle is a manager in Lewisburg and according to policy they are to be SERVED warm. I do call and say something but I should NOT HAVE to call every single day. It’s getting old fast. Do your job and do it correctly.

The other day I got told that I should order extra chai syrup "ahead of time so we don't have to keep doing this" when my drink gets filled to different proportions every time, (So there's no way of telling if it's gonna taste more like milk and light on the chai syrup.) Not the friendliest service.

I recently visited the Dunkin' location on Main Street and had an extremely disappointing experience. The employee named MJ was particularly unhelpful and rude. When I asked for assistance with my order, MJ seemed annoyed and gave curt responses. The coffee I received was not made correctly, and when I pointed it out, MJ refused to fix it and instead blamed me for not ordering it right. The entire interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to this location ever again. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, MJ's attitude and service were far from acceptable.

They people who work the morning shift are SO MISERABLE, and give zero respect … my entire family went to Burger King for breakfast instead and we are so glad we did !! The respect , the kindness , and the attitude was amazing !! Dunkin has got to do better !!

Ordered on the app, picked up my order inside and there was no drizzle on my large mocha coffee with whipped cream. There wasn’t an option for that drizzle on the app. I get Dunkin daily. Sometimes twice a day to keep the pep in my step. I work very long hours as a home care caregiver. I’ve never ever paid extra for drizzle or had been talked to like a poor person that couldn’t afford it if I had to until I came to this Dunkin. It is made with drizzle. That’s how it is to be made. Now it’s an up charge? Oh no I don’t think so. I’ve spoke to the owner of the Lewistown, burnham and Reedsvile DD and he said that is how it is made, with drizzle. Middleburg messed up and now claims it’s extra. If that’s how you squeeze money out of your customers then I will not stop there again. BK sells really good iced mocha coffee so I’ll just go there. They only charge $2 and some change for their coffees. I will give one positive though, the food was good. The service on the other hand was unfriendly, and the waiting/ dinning area was dirty. I surely didn’t get the welcoming vibe from staff or the environment and I surely ain’t paying extra for drizzle when it’s part of the way the drink is made. You may be able to scam people that don’t know but I’ve been drinking that frozen mocha for 2 years and I know the owner of my local dd and he’s explained how the drink is to be made when our local employees forget my drizzle. Mistakes happen and I am hoping the employees were trying to cover their mistake by lying about an up charge on drizzle because that’s just an absolute no not going to happen for me. How much does that little bit of drizzle around the cup and on the whipped cream really cost that store? I’m not paying any up charge. Didn’t today and I won’t in the future. We need to stand up to these prices going up. If we don’t pay it they won’t put the prices up. Don’t buy and they will see that they will lose money trying to get more money out of us when we just don’t buy. Friendlier staff make tips and I usually tip at least $20 a trip to DD because I know how busy it gets and stressful but my local DD is still friendly. Try being friendly to your customers.

2 workers on duty and I couldn't get waited on because they were only concerned about the drive thru and the mobile app orders. I used the computer and finally the woman noticed me. I ordered less ice and watched her fill it up with ice. I called to her and told her my order and it took several requests before she would dump some of the ice out. Consequently, I was handed a cup that wasn't even filled. It tasted horrible. I had to go back inside because the sweetener wasn't put in. It was very strong but no hazelnut flavor. I will not be back. Sheetz does a great job.
