The other day I got told that I should order extra chai syrup "ahead of time so we don't have to keep doing this" when my drink gets filled to different proportions every time, (So there's no way of telling if it's gonna taste more like milk and light on the chai syrup.) Not the friendliest service.
This was one of the most underwhelming Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. It is small and connected to hey run down out of date gas station that is kind of dirty. They did not have a large selection of donuts whatsoever (maybe five flavors) and when I went mid afternoon they were pretty picked over. I did not hear for the drink I got but that has nothing to do with the establishment itself I just kind of probably picked the wrong thing off the menu. I was feeling adventurous...
I go to this dunkin 4-5 days a week and always do order ahead drive thru pick up…Always get the same thing— bacon egg & cheese wake up wrap & the dunkings iced coffee(which is delicious) there is only one thing I need to address and it’s that i never get my cold foam / sugar… (this is the reason I always order dunkings iced coffee)It just gets old telling them it needs cold foam and sugar on it. Will still come here everyday but it is a bit inconvenient.
