A small group of my classmates and I needed a caterer for our school reunion. Unfortunately due to the lack of RSVP’s we had to cancel (this was May/June 2023) after putting down our deposit. We had to wait till the end of October 2023 to receive our refund, after I emailed and inquired as to what was going on. The excuse I got was that she (Brooke) was moving store locations and the paperwork got misplaced. I find this totally unacceptable and a poor choice of customer service. But miraculously after I sent the email, our group was notified we would be receiving the refund. The next day, I found out that Brooke forwarded the emails between the two of us to the original group mate who initially gave the deposit. This to me crossed the line and is ABSOLUTELY inexcusable. It’s very clear she has no customer service skills and is highly unprofessional.

Staff went above and beyond to make my son's cake. It tasted amazing! This is my second time using this bakery! The peanut butter cup and Strawberry shortcake are my 2 favorite cakes! Yummmm!!!

WOW! A hidden gem right in Middleburg! With so many choices and flavors...you can't go wrong. I am partial to the Chocolate Covered Strawberry cookies though. We purchased 10 dozen assorted cookies for a work function and everyone raved about them. We will definitely order from Brooke and her incredible, professional, friendly and accommodating staff again very soon.

We hired Kelly for our wedding in September, we could not have been more happier with our experience. Her team was literally 20/10. They were so easy to work with and so so helpful! All of the food was delicious from the asparagus to the cupcakes, we are still getting comments over the food. Would highly recommend for any occasion! Brooke catered an event I planned and hosted recently with her delicious cookies and cupcakes. She offers a wide variety of flavors and goes above and beyond to be as accommodating as possible in order to create the perfect menu and presentation. My guests raved about the food and I will definitely be hiring her again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My mom got cake and cookies from here for my baby shower. She paid $180 for the ugliest cookies I have ever seen. They looked absolutely nothing like the pictures we sent her. I wanted to cry because they were so embarrassing. The fact that she would even be okay giving these to a customer is ridiculous. Helen Keller could of done a better job.
