I try not to give negative reviews unless warranted. After standing at the register for a few minutes without being acknowledged, it was clear I was interrupting someone’s day when they started to huff and puff they had to do their job by walking over to the register to take my order. After I placed my order and was about to pay when the unenthusiastic unmotivated employee told me they don’t accept American Express. No biggie, some places don’t take it. I’m traveling for work and they only allow us to use their company Amex card so I declined my order and put the bottle of soda back in the fridge. As I was walking away the employee decided to point out the professional signs they have posted saying Amex isn’t accepted and explain how I had time to read the signs before placing the order. I would assume she meant the “tip jar” also to over pay for the amazing customer service I was receiving along with the food. It’s not that big of deal! You put the food away and move on! Your signs aren’t as obvious as you would think. Thanks for an interesting experience.

Got 2 regular size pretzel dogs, took a bite and my first though was “oh they added cheese, weird”, then I took another bite and was like wait, opened it, it wasn’t cheese it was raw dough, disgusting, took it back they exchanged it for another but that was the same with uncooked dough on the inside, finally I just asked for the mini pretzel dogs instead and they were fine but I won’t go back at all for pretzel dogs at this location.

Yet she rung up another white customer who ordered the same thing while she was cooking. Was not friendly at all but became friendly as white customers approached. Would never go back here and she should be fired.
